We have stayed many times at this location. Always a great stay! This was our first time meeting Jordan (friendly gentleman at the desk on the evening of 9/21/24). Jordan was awesome! He really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. No complaints! We were late getting to breakfast and that staff waited on us to get our plates before they shut down. That was really awesome as it was after the breakfast hours and unexpected but much appreciated!

I booked a 2 bed room with walk in shower. The front desk person said that I booked a king suite. The front desk said they over booked the 2 bedroom rooms so I had to take the king suite with a pullout couch for second bed. Also, the room smelled of smoke.

Close to Ruoff. Air conditioner very loud. Hard to sleep. Refrigerator didn’t work had to get a replacement. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Delicious cheese omelette, sausage, and potatoes were great! Round the clock coffee, hot water for tea, and ice water in lobby. Indoor pool.

Our first room had bed bugs, had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Then once we switched we couldn’t sleep. Not happy at all with the price of this room for having bed bugs. I would really like a refund. Hotel told me I couldn’t get a refund through them because I went through a 3rd party. Needless to say we will NOT be staying at another Hampton!

Super friendly staff. Very clean inside and out. Breakfast was always good and the staff was always so nice during! There was amazing soap in our bathroom! Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again next time I'm in town!

Was my first time at the property and I was very disappointed. For being a Hampton by Hilton my expectations were high. Upon arrival I was charged twice for my room which caused issues with my bank that were not resolved for the next 24hrs. The room was hot and smelled. The usb chargers in my room were broken and I had to go to Walmart at 10pm to get a phone charger because of this. Breakfast was gross as well. I don’t think I’ll choose to stay here again.
