Great room with lots of space. Had a handicap bathroom. The toilet roll bar was broken. One of the hangers was also broken. Other than that, very nice big room! Wonderful breakfast! Parked across the street at the bank. Very nice employees. Ideal location in hot springs.

Absolutely wonderful, as always. Hotel Hot Springs has been my go-to stay for years now and is the best value and stay in the downtown area.

Not much more needs to be said. Woke up at night and had to dodge roaches when the light was turned on! Disgusting!! I booked based on the number of stars the hotel carried. Big mistake! This led me to pull up and read the hotel reviews. What?! Apparently this is not a unique issue. People have been reporting roaches for ages. But still give the property 3 stars (unbelievable!). The hotel either can’t or won’t address the issue. Either way, go stay somewhere else!!

The noise level was awful. I'm not sure how many times doors closing woke me up. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way and there's no way to lock it. It's a barn-style door that leaves several inches of gap between the wall/door jamb and door.

This hotel by far was one of the greatest place. It's convenient to everything. The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hot Springs

My 4 days memorable family trip turned into a painful experience becuase of 2 nights stay in this hotel.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even after two days, my back still hurts, unable to walk and god knows how much I suffered to drive back from Hot Springs, AR to Dallas, TX (320Miles).
The bathroom lacked any privacy, I cant believe that in this era in USA can anybody build a single sliding door without a lock that served as both the closet and bathroom door!! (I forgot to take the photo of room no. 612), whatso ever there was no privacy at all, and every sound from the bathroom was completely audible in the hall. Luckily I was with family not with friends!
My suggestion is, please check the room before and don't ruin your reputation
Out of all, one good thing is breakfast in the hotel was good.

Our sleeping accommodations were good. The breakfast really needs some help. A few more choices like toast, bagels, the food was not held at temp. Great location. We have stayed here 2 times and will return.

The Hotel Hot Springs is a hidden gem. We were so pleased with everything from beginning to end. The staff were so friendly and bend over backwards accommodating. Our room was very nice and had a great view. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was great. The front desk staff - AMAZING! The bar restaurant was awesome (including the staff). The maid service in my floor was ok(did their job), but they were very rude.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I love the convenience of the restaurant and the location in general. Parking is a little rough sometimes, but overall it's a great place to stay!

Nice hotel near the National Park. The staff are so nice and honest. We left a very important item when we checked out and they called us about it. We picked it up in a hurry and everything is accounted for. So appreciative. Shoutout to Nick and the cleaning staff.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I love the convenience of the restaurant and the location in general. Parking is a little rough sometimes, but overall it's a great place to stay!

There were little black things all over the window sill and chair. Bathroom sink was very dirty. Pillows need to be bigger. No creamer or stirrers for coffee in room.

Our stay was amazing. The bell guys were always friendly and willing to help out. Brandon at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was in the town. He always had a smile on his face when we saw him. Only negative was the waiter at the inhouse bar/restaurant. He was very rude and didn’t want to help anyone. My husband walked in with a water bottle and he told him he either needed to leave or throw the bottle away. My husband said he would throw it away and he said well now you need to do it now. Just blankly RUDE. Asked to have the tv closest to us changed to the cowboys game he said we would have to wait he was busy. Mind you there was our table of 5, a 2 top of ladies that just asked for the tv changed to same game and 3 people sitting at the bar. My brother said not a problem when you have time and the guy repeated well I am busy will be a minute. Otherwise our stay there was amazing. We needed more towels and the front desk had them to us in no time, maybe 5minutes. Also, Mrs Bobbi the house keeper was always pleasant and helpful. Told us her favorite places to eat and made sure she always said hello to us.

This was the third time to stay at this hotel. It is convenient to downtown, restaurants and the two mountains. We love to walk so we park the car for the trip and spend all our time walking around the city and mountains. Breakfast is fantastic and everyone is friendly. It is our go to for weekend getaways!
