Our stay was from 10/26 thru 10/27.
Couldn't sit on the balcony because the door would only open about 2 inches. Something was wrong with the metal latch.
Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
No ice machine to be found. Vending machines didn't have bottle of cold water.

We really liked staying at the Spinnaker! The room had a small kitchen so we were able to eat and have coffee in the room. The location was great and basically on the boardwalk - within walking distance of everything you would want. We would definitely go back.

I was looking forward to having a small kitchen just for preparing breakfast and easy lunches. Unfortunately even though the appliances were nice and definitely usable, the layout of the space was awkward. There was no counter space at all. You had to plug one item in at a time to use it. No coffee making and toast making at the same time. You can’t unplug the fridge! The table is on the opposite side of the room. The microwave is on top of the fridge. I’m 5’1” and could barely reach it. It was all frustrating but I managed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom small but a really nice tub/shower. All I all I was happy enough and had a great vacation. Oh and the young lady with the cleaning service was very sweet.

From check in to check out every person we came in contact with was so nice and helpful! Best customer service I have ever had at all the places we have stayed in OC. Room was clean and AC cold upon arrival. View of beach and boardwalk excellent. Only steps away from beach and boardwalk. Parking was easy and elevators were fast. Pool was chilly and sundeck with lounges and umbrella tables. Everything was clean! This will be where we vacation for years to come!

We visit Ocean City every summer. This was our first stay at The Spinnaker. We were very happy with the spacious room! We had enough space to store our bicycles so we didn’t have to lock them outside. The kitchen was nice to have, but did not have many utensils or pans available. Our only minor criticisms are the TV was confusing, and the outlets didn’t all work (they were loose and probably just worn out). Parking was very convenient and we were in a perfect location for the OC Air Show. Overall we recommend staying here.

Great location! Only a few steps to the beach and boardwalk. Was able to park in the lot earlier than check in and was called at 1pm for our room as opposed to the normal 4pm check in.
Our room was clean, the only negative is the rugs are dirty. You wouldn't know by looking at them but our feet were black. Wear some shoes to avoid this. I hope they replace the rugs with laminate to avoid this in the future.
I would definitely stay here again for a weekend.

We stay at the Spinnaker for the annual airshow. Literally 1/2 block to the beach, great breakfast at Malia's onsite. Staff is always very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All at a good price, even for the airshow weekend

Our room was clean. Kitchenette was functional (we did cook in it many days) but dated & could use a little TLC in the near future. Bathroom was clean. Only negative feedback is that the wall mounted AC unit is in desperate need of cleaning as the fan fins were pretty black & smelled of mold, clothes dresser & central nightstand drawers would not stay closed once items were placed inside. We wedged paper on the sides to keep them closed. Easy fix with maybe some shims, but we don’t carry those in our suitcases.

The cleaning staff cleaned the carpet but left the door wide open afterwards with all of our belongings inside. Once notified, the hotel refunded a night. They were extremely accommodating!
The bathroom tub grout needed a deep clean.
Everything else was fine.
