No hot water for 3 days.
After day 2 without any trace of any manager, I had ta ask to talk to a manager about all this a few times for him to show up at 21:00 on a Saturday.
The poor receptionist that was there couldn’t handle all the complaints and seemed in a total anxiety breakdown.
People were washing off in the pool. Truly awful.

Very clean hotel. Front staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with lots of plugs and ways to charge electronics. Great neighbourhood as well.

The manager checked us in and they were friendly, explained everything to us well. The room we got was surprisingly welcoming and clean. The area itself is quiet and peaceful.
In our case, it was a great place to rest for the night before continuing our trip to Quebec and other parts
One of the staff even went out to our car as we were packing after check out to give us back a shirt we accidentally dropped somewhere. Very nice service

We liked the family feel to the place. The pool is a big draw and there were several families with children enjoying the indoor pool.

Friendly staff at this little motel that we needed as a stop off during a drive to Quebec City. My children loved the bunk beds and cannot stop raving about the slide in the swimming pool. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly

Stayed here 1 night while driving from Toronto to New Brunswick. The motel looks newer and was very clean. The rooms were large and had the convenience of a fridge and microwave. Convenient bathroom amenities of soap and shampoo. Pool available too. Decent breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an overnight while traveling. The facility appears to have been upgraded recently and overall was very nice. However, upon arrival I was informed the elevator was out of order and I had been assigned an upper floor room. I told the staff that was out of the question. I am 77 and have some mobility issues. At first, he offered to assist with bags...not the issue! I requested first floor. Again, he hesitated as if the entire hotel was filled to capacity. It was about 4pm and there were only two cars in the parking area. Finally, when I said I would pay for an upgrade, a vacancy miraculously was available. Since I had reserved an accessible room, which one would assume is either first floor or there is a working elevator, I was a bit upset to have to pay for the upgrade. In addition, when I went to find the ice machine for a refreshing beverage after a 400 mile drive, I was informed it, too, was out of order. While the room was great, the entire incident was a bit of a traveler's nightmare.

Convenient location from highway. Across from Tim Hortons and gas station. Staff was friendly, check in was fast.
