The YOUROPO team was amazing...the communication leading up to the rental, as it was happening, and the end was beyond my expectations. Pedro, who met us at parking, went above and beyond (it was NOT his job do to so)...but he took my mom's bag and walked us to the apartment....and carried BOTH bags up 3 flights of stairs. What a delight. The apartment was SO clean, so welcoming. GREAT location for seeing Porto...and the view was amazing.
Note: You are on the street/ river...so you will definitely feel and hear the vibe...but a tradeoff that it is worth it for the view and location. Just if you have a business meeting or etc the next day ...jsut a heads up. BUT it could have been the weekend or end of summer festivities :)
Would HIGHLY recommend. FANTASTIC stay!
Parking is VERY tight...if your rental car is a SUV or similar....I'd recommend finding a different place to park.

Anibal, Pedro, Hugo, and Beatriz are very cordial, responsive, and caring. 6 out of 5 stars for them! Very clean and excellent views upstairs apartments. No view downstairs apartment but quiet considering it is right on the river’s edge. The minute you open the front door you’re looking at the Duoro and Gaia Port Quintas

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The apartment is clean and has all the essentials. The WiFi worked well, AC as well which kept the rooms cool. The location was fantastic, an unbeatable view and walking distance to Gaia and lots of shopping and amazing restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely come back to stay here again. Service and responsiveness of the staff was excellent as well. Thank you for an amazing stay in Porto!

We had fabulous stay at the apartment. The location, comfort and cleanliness were all the best. You are in the middle of the biz but it’s peaceful at night. Also the communication was brilliant. Great experience all round.

Great location, spacious, well appointed, good value and fantastic views from outside the front door. The only issue is the address is not recognised in the Uber app (because it is not a street/lane that vehicles can use). A drop off address for the Uber/taxi would be helpful in addition to the photos of the location supplied.

It’s an apartment and it was initially confusing to find given we had never been to Porto, but the managers were messaging with me and had someone meet us to show us how to find and enter the space. The apartment itself was beautiful, even better than we expected. The view from the balconies is million dollar! We enjoyed our time there and the managers messaged us a few times to check in and give us recommendations in town. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Porto.

The place was awesome, with views of the river. Our apartment had two levels, balconies were nice. Just keep in mind that this building does not have elevators so It was a bit of a pain to drag the suitcases up and down.

Nice little place in a great location. Right on the water in a central location, close to the bridge, food, and shopping. Beautiful views and not too loud at night.

Sound proofing was lacking and had to ask the family above us to stop letting kids run back and forth because it was loud at 10pm. Porto had a lot of rain and there was water leaking through a cabinet. They responded immediately via text but we don't know if it was actually addressed. Two ductless mini splits for heat and AC but ours didn't appear to work. All though we had some issues, we would stay there again. The location can't be beat.

The property owner / manager never provided us with the address of the rental. We paid and were never provided with check in info. They also failed to provide a refund. Total scam. Avoid this rental at all cost. Wasted an entire day of our vacation and cost us hundreds of dollars. Worst experience renting an apartment that we have ever had.

Amazing place to get to know Porto. Super clean, new, spotless! Central we could walk to everywhere! Hosts are super nice and responsive any time. Highly recommended. Just missed a wash machine for washing the family clothes, everything else amazing!
