Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was cosy.
Breakfast was rather modest. If you want absolute quietness, then choose something else as there is quite a lot traffic near by. But over all, absolutely worth for the price.

Well, the first thing to consider about this hotel is it one of the few remaining Traditional Balinese style hotels. This will mean that there are some things that are not to everyone's liking. We on the other hand loved it, comfortable, well priced and placed, great staff and beautiful grounds.
Other Guests we met varied from 10yr veterans who used this place every visit to first timers like us. Nobody had a bad word to say and were more than happy, greeting each day with healthy smiles and appetites'.
Would I stay here again, the answer is yes, now I know my way around better, but I would also like to be closer to my family there, so it is a hard trade off.
There are many higher rated hotels in Bali, I guess it depends on what you want to do when you are there. We used this as a home plate for going out and return to, but later my wife and her son went off for three days Island hopping and I just enjoyed the peace and quiet, a swim. a drink and whatever else I felt like doing.
I did mention quiet in my list of choices, that is subjective. Balinese youth like to have loud exhaust on their bikes and there would be particular times you might hear them, so noise can be something else. The other type of quiet is serenity in a beautiful garden, lounging or floating in the pool. You can tune out the sounds of the bikes.
This was my first trip to Bali, it is also the first time I have had a holiday being able to physically and mentally rest since I joined the Army in 1981.

It needs a lot of love. For all the options that you can found in that section of Bali, I think you can find something better for the price and something way better for some extra dollars. It feels dirty, sheets and towels in bad condition and not exactly giving the impression of clean. We like the pool area.

One of the last truly Balinese Hotel.Friendly staff and a good breakfast .Rooms are spacious and lovely. Great Aircon, tv has 60 channels, good fridge and kettle. Bathroom needs updating. Especially the shower, the whole floor gets flooded, needs silicone.

We had booked a villa. It was awfull, old, paint pealing off, mouldy smell and a discounting bathroom downstairs. Upstairs was a bit better. Villas really bad standards. We were moved to delux rooms next day which were better. But after one night we checked out. Employee were very helpful and pool area fine.

Staff were good,, rooms were satisfactory for the price but A/C’s didn’t work properly unfortunately but overall pool was awesome

We loved the fact that it was a traditional building, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our requests, however you can tell they are trying to recover after the COVID pandemic. Overall happy we stayed there.

After a terrible one night stay at another hotel we moved to Puri Dewa Bharata what a difference the staff were friendly and helpful and this hotel was clean. I have stayed here before and I would highly recommend it. I’ll be staying there again when I go back to Bali

It was convenient for us to see friends in that area, hotel is very dated but cheap enough to get no complaints from me, pool fine but steps broken and could injure someone if not careful

Nice pool nice breakfast all at a nice price. Good position , not the first time we have stayed here and won’t be the last .
Only bad point .. a noisy lizard at odd times in the roof.
