Liked location. Daily cleaning. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Tv was unwatchable. Nice to have safe. Lanai was full of bird poop and feathers-never cleaned while we were there. Most of all liked the staff!!

The room was old and dirty. The restroom look like it had mold all the way around. We booked for 3 night but only stayed the 1st night. We took a lose and went and stayed in another hotel (Izla hotel). The staff was nice but unfortunately the hotel is just old and dirty.

Great location, close to everything. The only downside is there was a sewage smell coming from our shower drain which spread throughout the entire room. Room was also humid.

A/c worked great in July, right across street from beach, 50yds, pleasant staff, accomodated early checkin, nice pool, massage on site $60/hour, convientent to shopping, restaurants, walking distance

This property is very well kept, the staff all around is great and very helpful. I had a group of 30 people that went to the Island. My parents were not able to go up the stairs in the AIRBNB we rented. I booked Posada Del Mar the day we got in. They gave us a 3rd floor room, I was able to speak to them at the hotel and they were able to accommodate my parents on the first floor. I have stayed here once before. The pool is good and the location is perfect to explore the island. Its on the main street right where the ferry is at. Its less than a 5 minute walk. The main shopping and restaurants are 1 block away, safe enough to go walking at night. The best part the beach in front and if you want you can walk all the way to playa norte from the beach or 2 blocks east will get you there too. Perfect location. Parking is good and there are plenty of places to eat and drink this Hotel also has 2 restaurants. Convenient stores within 1 block. Can't say enough for the price.

I stay here every time I come to Isla. You can’t beat the location. The only negative I would say is there is never enough hot water for showers, just a minor inconvenience.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was always curious about this place. And until my recent stay I had never been to the beach across the street from the hotel. It was clean, quite (at least where I stayed in the hotel). It was in a great location to almost everything you'd need for a good vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is old and dated. The location is really good though. If you are only looking for a place to lay your head then this is a good spot. If youre wanting luxuries, definitely not here. Pieces of ceiling were falling off and there was mold on bathroom ceiling and wall

Location! Love that the beach is across the street. They also give you a ticket to get the chairs and umbrellas for $300 pesos. The staff of friendly and helpful. On to the not so good. Our first room, the toilet didn't work. Second room the shower leaked into the bathroom. They couldn't fix it so they put several towels on the floor. Only changed them once in 4 days. Even after we asked 3 times to get them charged.

Loved staying at posada Del Mar. The location was perfect. The room was big. The air conditioner was cold. The staff was friendly. I will definitely be visiting again.
