Not wery serviceminded receptionist. Especially in the morning… no smile, irritated if you did not understand the procedures for breakfast etc.

We arrived off our delayed flight later than expected so went straight to room to bed. Beds where comfortable but a little slim and the room was very warm.

The hotel gets 4 stars due to its location, otherwise it’s a 3-star hotel. The walk to the departure gate (or from arrivals) is about 7 minutes if you walk leisurely. The rooms are bare minimum with no extras like coffee makers or kettles, the air inside is very dry, to the point of discomfort, and the elevator is insufficient for the number of guests with luggage.

No bottle water in rooms. Check in failed due system error, but waitress was very kind and checked me in. Tip- do not order breakfast in case of early flight, for same (or less) money you can have lounge access @ BLL airport.

The hotel is great but the fact there's no parking - other than at airport rates - really is not ideal.

Closeness to airport

Breakfast was fast and easy to sign up for. The walk to the bus station was only a 5 minute walk away and right outside the airport as well.

We decided on this property because of the convenience to the airport. It is only a short walk and we had minimal luggage. The rooms were a little smaller than we are used to but it worked out just fine. Our room was a little warm so we opened the window. This turned out to be a mistake later because of the jet fuel fumes. We closed the window and all was well. Staff was super friendly and the meals from the kitchen were good. I would recommend spending the extra money for the breakfast. It was fresh and plenty of variety. I would stay here again.
