This is the type of place I love to stay and haven’t seen much lately. Pretty bare bones, but clean and with all you need. Full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, flat screen tv, very comfy bed, very comfy pillows. Regular sheets and blanket on the bed, so you’re not miserable with a comforter. And again, clean room and clean bathroom. I arrived after hours (by a lot) for checkin and someone was down to help me in under 2 minutes. The value was GREAT. Very much recommend and want more hotels like this!

Very disappointed. I made reservations a month in advance for a ground level room, but they didn't have one or informed in advance, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. No ice machine or ice bucket. But they have a freezer in the room, big deal if you are there for one night. The place is just overall inconvenient. I'll never return. They also allow dogs unleashed to walk freely. There was a bit pull unattended walking around. I was very concerned for my safety. Nothing short of a 100% refund is acceptable, I'll not hold my breath. Avoid this place.

The only thing that I was having issues is the floor. I took a shower and walked around and my feet were so dirty. Other than that, everything was great.

I reserved room at this hotel due to it had a kitchenette but it didn’t come equipped with any kitchen utensils like other hotels do. My room was never cleaned the entire week i was there

VERY dated. windows couldn't be closed, no hot water, no ice machine. no wifi.

Could you please refund my money? Last night, I arrived around 11pm, but nobody was at the reception to attend to me and my family. As a result, I had to go out and find another hotel.

We only stayed for one night but I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in amarillo. The room was so large and clean!

We showed up after 1am so our reservation was changed to a no show. It took 30 minutes to get the reservation reinstated. Lots of highway noise.

The gentleman at the front desk was very personable. He checked us in, and when we left this morning, he was already hard at work again.

This is not a place for families. People live here. We saw someone with a Christmas tree in their room in July. It is extremely loud with doors slamming and people doing who knows what above you. The window is locked which is a huge safety violation and the security lock in our room was broken. We should have just left. The guy that checked us in with the California tattoo on his face was really nice though.

We requested a handicap room, which ended up being on the 3rd floor. There was an elevator, but you can't always use an elevator in an emergency, so there were no good options for escape if needed. The floor was sticky from a spill, and it took 45 minutes for someone to come clean it. The kitchen had no dishes, cooking ware, utensils, dish soap or anything. For a "recently renovated" location, it was not at all impressive. The TV didn't work, and after seven unanswered calls to the desk, we just gave up. The "handicap" shower was a step-in bathtub, but the rest of the bathroom was ADA compliant. The mattresses were adequate, but the linens were poor quality. The parking lot was not well-lit, the neighborhood didn't appear too safe, as confirmed by the shooting and emergency vehicles in the parking lot at 3:00 a.m...... We won't be staying at this one in Amarillo again, and will be hesitant to try WoodSprings again.
