I loved my stay at Hotel Wentzl. It sits in the most charming square. The service was spectacular… I had to leave early for a tour so they made sure I had a sack breakfast to take with me with plenty of food. I thought that was really nice that they care about their guests in that way.

I just returned home from a week-long stay at Hotel Wentzl. It was my first time visiting Poland and I couldn't be happier with my choice of accomodations. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Main Market Square. It's within easy walking to all the tourist stops. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and welcoming when coming and going. The room furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

One of our favourite places. Location doesn’t get better than this with stunning views over the main square. Our room had a little balcony so definitely worth paying little extra for a room with a view.
The room was comfortable and had a lot of character. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Our room had no blackout windows so it was very bright early in the morning but that didnt spoil out stay.

What a beautiful hotel lovely room in an amazing location and the view from a very big window all I can say on that is wow , the staff in the hotel where brilliant and at the hotel bar/restaurant brilliant to .

The view out onto the square made our trip. Also it smells lovely in the lobby, the free bikes to tour the city were great fun, and the restaurant patio was perfect for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wentzl! We had a 4th floor room with a little balcony that look right out to the main square…..so amazing! Our only issue(which had nothing to do with the hotel) was parking. We finally found a lot that we could safely leave our car for the 3 days. We were able to Uber back to then main square easily. We would absolutely stay again!!

You have to enter through an old door and shabby entrance. Then take the elevator to where the hotel is (3th and 4th floor) the room was great and large with a great view of a church. Confortable beds and great service and breakfast. The location is the best feature.

The hotel has a great location - in the city's main square. The only problem with rooms overlooking the square is that they can be noisy.
We were moved to a room on the fourth floor which was much better - spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and a large bath. There was also a little balcony.

Lovely hotel, close to everything. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. They also make you a takeaway breakfast if you are heading out early on a tour.

Beautiful hotel on the main square. The service at reception was without fault, helping to book tours and transfers. So polite and friendly. The rooms were amazing, with marble bathrooms and were spotlessly clean.
