The View has a nice view to the Storbukta bay. The place is a bit worn on the outside but the inside is what counts. The room was styled modern white and it was clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste but I suppose that’s a matter of opinion. Since the hotel was quite empty, we had a free upgrade to a room with a better view, superb service. The staff was very friendly overall. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant has the same view to the bay. We also had a buffet dinner, and the food was at least to our liking. There is a Finnish-style sauna you can use, and also a hot tub outside. There is also a gym with a decent range of equipment.

Ate in the restaurant the first of our two nights - excellent buffet. Staff pointed us tot he walking route to town so ate there 2nd night.
Made use of the spa too.

A great family-owned hotel, modern, clean, quiet and with easy parking. But the most important thing: the friendliest and most helpful front office staff that I have seen at any hotel, anywhere. Thank you for making me feel part of the family!!

The people were friendly and helpful.
The room and bed was comfortable.
And the morning breakfast was amazing; anything and everything you could want.
If you are heading to this part of Norway for a vacation or business. This hotel is a must stay.

Earning its name "The View" Hotel sits on top of the hill and overlooks the entire bay. It's just beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. with many choices.

Very clean place. Staff Ayako and Emmi are wonderful. Ayako even loaned us her personal converter so we could charge our iPhones.
The hotel has a roof patio for aurora watching. Ayako came to knock on the door to let us know the aurora was out.
Our stay includes breakfast and it is delicious. Staff keep the place clean all the time. It is great to relax in the dining area , sipping on coffee and watch the beautiful views through the window.

We also ended up in a room without big windows but given the rain and wind we were thankful for that.
Everywhere else in continental Europe this would be a rather average room and hardly worth a 3-figure €-pricetag, but given the remote location it's very reasonably priced.

Good hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Unfortunately my room had no view (only two small windows near the ceiling) while i booked a room with city view. Since I did not spend much time in the room I did not bother to chance the room.

Probably the most modern hotel you‘d find in Honningsvag. Rooms are clean but pretty basic and small. But does the job.
We had a room with a view to the bay which was nice. Caution: the cheapest rooms are underground!

Very friendly and helpful staff who knew just what to do and where to eat in the surrounding area. Room was basic but the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was new and clean. Good breakfast, good views while eating breakfast. Good base to explore Nordkapp and the rest of Mageroya.

The hotel is in a great location. It's only 30 minutes away from the nordkap globus. Staffs are really nice and friendly at the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here when traveling to nordkapp.

Lovely and stylish hotel, friendly staff. Kingcrab dinner was excellent. Steam room and sauna perfect.
