We had very low water pressure. The room smelled like sewer gas and was very strong. I ran water and sealed the drains and aired out the room but never really got rid of the odor. Front desk walked down to check and said if it did not go away she could call maintenance personnel rather than put us in another. Also they charge a $50.00 pet fee that was a surprise. 9# dog equals 5.55 per pound. Glad we didn't have St Bernard. Should have been upfront and did not think to ask. I understand a fee but really.

For elderly travelers I found the toilets not adult height or no grab bars next to the toilets. Otherwise the stay was great and they have a wonderful continental breakfast

The hotel was very well kept and the staff are welcoming. I personally did not use the pool but there several families using it and having a great time.
The breakfast was a pretty standard offering. It will fill you up and get you on the road.
All and all, I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was nice having a chair and couch for sitting. There were fresh cookies but for anyone checking in after us we did get the last two. Parking lot was crowded a bit. Carpet in the room is old and room needs updated but still was nice and roomy. The breakfast was scrambled eggs (powdered) and the meat was Kielbasa. I enjoyed it but I'm not a fan of powdered eggs.
Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Elevators didn’t work. Had to turn on hot tub jets with a pair of pliers not very clean. Blood on blanket on one of the beds.

The property and room was clean especially the bathroom condition but there was a some type of electrical issue where guests did not get any room keys and it took forever to check in as there were only 2 staff members helping clients opening each room via a staff key

Our main reason to stay there was to relax in the hot tub and pool. And the hot tub was not working because the knob was gone.

Staff members Jennifer at check in was welcoming and friendly. Carlos stopped what he was doing to say hi to me even though he was obviously hard at work. Cleaning staff were politely assertive when we were several minutes late checking out. All pool and hot tub facilities were clean and enjoyable up to 11 pm. Towels provided. Free breakfast was served with many choices available. Close to Starbucks. We enjoyed our stay here.
