The hotel was in need of many repairs. Everywhere you looked was decaying ceiling, torn carpet, broken lock on bathroom door, broke down elevator. I heard this was a newer hotel and was quite shocked by the lack of concern and care the company has taken to keeping it maintenanced.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping services weren’t completed as requested so we were without clean towels on day 3 and none were available when requested. Our room was off of the lobby and they play loud music in the lobby late at night which is very distracting.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Olive Branch was located near shopping and eating establishments. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely great!!!

I politely asked if we could change rooms after letting her know the room condition and the lady just said here you go with new room keys. I go back up to the new room and the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and apologize for all the hassle and she said that oh yeah wrong room. No apologies for any of the hassle. The new room had sticky floors, tv not working and dirty toilet bit as I am dealing with chemo treatments I didn’t have the energy to do anything more but sleep. Very disappointed as the hotel had a 9.0 rating.

The property and staff were all good. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet. The biscuit was very tough. I didn't care for the only meat selection. The eggs were scrambled fine. The apple juice was delicious.
