Great location, was able to walk to wedding venue. Unfortunately room was close to outdoor “event center” that was part of hotel and 2 nights couldn’t sleep due to noise. Wastebaskets were too small - trash was overflowing by the time we checked out after 3 nights. Room was nice, bed comfy, shower great.

An actual lap pool! That is SO rare in hotels these days, and for people like me (artificial discs in back, I NEED to swim each day) it's a VERY welcome feature. Also, like the new TV system (allowing us to access our own Netflix, Pluto etc. accounts). Didn't have time to try food options or do much else, GREAT parking on site. Will stay there again.

-My baby got scared with some customs
-Lobby would smell pretty bad
-Music playing at 2 am across our room
-Came back from the pool at around 3:30, and cleaning staff knocked our door while my baby was taking a nap and asked impolitely if we wanted our room cleaned or not.

The location wasn’t the best specially out side went for a walk and saw homeless people I know and understand some can’t help it but made us feel a little unsafe. Inside the hotel was very nice .

Very good sized room for the price. The bed and AC were good. The trashcan for guests could have been bigger, but still a good accommodation.

Shower head was broken & therefore not adjustable. Forgot to restock coffee & cups one day. Very nice room. Clean. Appreciate the Bible. Overall, very happy.
PS: one of store clerks unfamiliar with how to charge to room.

The room service was great but the charred pancakes should not have been served to begin with! We threw them away. Found a sock from a previous party under the bed.
They also do not have a microwave. Which has become a staple in rooms.

Our stay was very pleasurable. The hotel is convenient to downtown, concerts,sports etc. My only suggestion would be to put microwave in the room for convenience.

We booked this hotel 3x months prior to arrival. We got our reservation cancelled 2x days before the trip for some reason. When we called back to rebook, we had to pay an extra $379 for the exact same room we had booked. This is pure robbery.....
