Staff was very helpful. When the bathroom malfunctioned she promptly moved us to a new room. She was a very sweet and professional employee. The next room we went to the ac froze up anf soaked the carpet. Other than that we had a great stay.

Mold on the ceiling, cold shower at 4:30am, roaches, dirty dishes, and can’t close the curtains so the light was shining through the window all night. Other than that, top notch.

The only thing i had issues with was when we got there the door to our room wasnt fully shut ane and we had hard time getting the door to fully close, the reason is i dont want to walk in into someone already in the room or squatters who gone through the back door and snuck into an empty room 😅 but overall it was amazing and very clean and SO QUIET

For the price point, I was expecting a much better experience.. our first room had carpet that felt damp, and cockroaches around the kitchenette.. We were then moved to a second room that had cracks in the sheetrock, and molding missing in the main room.. the bathroom cabinets were damaged, soap dispenser head was broken, tub was stained, and shower rod was rusty, and about to fall off the wall.. However, the staff was truly a pleasure to deal with (seems like they know the property has issues, and have no control of it)

Room smelled very musty, like maybe it’s a water leak issue. Sink didn’t have a rubber insert and you could see strait down into the sink drain. Linens were clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and stocked with shampoo etc. Overall it was ok. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Bedding was dirty, cracked walls, thin walls and ceiling can hear everyone else. My room had a new TV that didn't have the proper remote to link to the Dish box so i couldn't change channels. The wide-screen mode was incorrect and couldn't be fixed. The phone didnt work so i had to walk to the front desk and they couldn't fix the tv either. Maintenance tried the next day and they couldn't figure it out either.

1st thing I see as soon as I walk into the 1st room was a live baby roach on the kitchen table. Asked front desk for a different room on complete opposite side of hotel. Walked i to 2nd room on 2nd flr and immedietly started looking and found live adult roach in cabinet above microwave! I went back to front desk and informed him I could not stay here due to the roaches and was told I wiuld have to call Hotels.com to settle this. It was not a good experience. The first room I was put in did not have cool air and the toilet wouldn't flush. The second room I was transferred to had a broken blow dryer and the shower didn't work. I cut my finger badly lifting up the valve for the shower.

My ax unit in my room leaked water on my floor, I notified the front desk Monday morning and they said maintenance will take a look into it, when I came back to the hotel around 4pm, I asked the lady at the front desk about it and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and said she would have maintenance come out but no one showed up.

Room o the first floor. Doors slamming most of night, found a roach in the bathroom.

Some room clean they had group of running up down hall way upstairs at night and in morning and pay for king size suite not queen I think that was not right .

I only needed the room for 6 hours tops, as there were no other options i booked a stay with candlewood. I arrived a little before 12am as i enter the room the smell was beyond overwhelming. It smelled like mold/moisture. Since it's last minute and i didn't have options i stood. Attempted to heat up some food, and microwave didn't work. Worst decision was to take my shoes off as my socks stuck to the carpet i thought i could walk on walls after that. Then with the 4 hours i had to sleep something about the sheets have me a skin reaction, itching all night. Do not recommend this place at all.

This hotel was clean. Personnel were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was well supplied. Location was good. We felt comfortable and secure here and would stay again if we were in the area.

The room was not clean they were dirty cups by tv there was old key cards they didn't want to provide us new towels that we had to go downstairs and take them down.

Is smell a lot humid and in the beds bug beds really bad and we asked to change room and send us to a room that was in repair really bad
