Wonderful place - very clean, friendly, great food. Beautiful beach, the sand is like flour.
Beach does get busy but Privilege Aluxes has its own private seating on the beach which is very nice. The servers on the beach are awesome!

Enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast at the beach restaurant (right on the beach). Food was really great. Service excellent. Enjoyed our jacuzzi on the patio. Walk out of the resort & shops are on your doorstep. We had all inclusive & would definitely recommend. Paradise. Did not want to leave.

I liked the location!! But I’ve noticed that I was treated different for the simple fact I didn’t have all inclusive!! Employees were not attentive even tho I tipped them all the time, when went for breakfast almost felt like a step child!! I will never stay at PA again, didn’t like the treatment I received!!

Water in rooms not warm enough. But room was big and bright or dark if needed. Food was okay. Not a lot of restaurant options on the premises. Some managers seemed a little rude but other staff was great! All inclusive with rooms, taxi rides to and from airport. Wish they would have mentioned to keep ferry tickets when arriving that they were a return trip. Had to pay for those again. Other than her had a great time!

My husband and I loved our stay at Privilege Aluxes. Everyone was very friendly, caring and the location was perfect. The pool was great, breakfast was great! Can’t wait to come back. We loved Isla Mujeres!

This is a great resort option for those wanting a one-stop shop. It is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the north part of the island, so in walking distance to beaches and other fun stuff. The concierge and hotel staff are very helpful and their breakfast buffet and staff we're a delight. The woman who checked us in was a bit off, and made us feel a little awkward at first but that was are only interaction with her, everyone else was great. Would defintiely come back here.
