We started our Cuba trip in Havana at the Residencia Santa Clara and it was an amazing experience! We had the comfort room and it was super nice. The room was airconditioned and always in a very good temperature. The room was cleaned every day and overall super clean. The residencia itself had an amazing breakfast which was included, but also you can get lunch there even if you’re not staying there, and I would strongly recommend to do so! The food was amazing! Furthermore, the place has a beautiful roof terrace with a view on old Havana and the sunrise if you’re up early ;) Lastly, the 2 servers Serguey and Amin helped us booking some activities and had great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Overall a great experience!

As soon as we walked into the hotel, we could tell it was the perfect hotel. Funky and cool decorating. Delicious food and drinks. Extremely friendly and helpful service (Juliette and all the staff). The hotel room was comfortable with excellent ac and a super cool bathroom set up. The hotel is also safe and secure. We got back late at night and it was gated up but a security guard quickly came to let us in. They gave us an excellent dinner recommendation which after a long day of exploring was perfect. Also the location is so close to the action. We highly recommend this hotel!

the hotel was lovely, and cosy large rooms . shower was powerful, beds so comfortable, i wanted to take it home lol. staff fantastic, all of them. Bar and food first class and cheap. Couldn't fault a think deffo would stay again.

This property is a true gem in Old Havana. It is well situated and a short walk from many good restaurants and sites. The rooms are small but uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming. We loved the rooftop patio both in the mornings and in the evening. The small restaurant downstairs has fantastic ambiance and serves delicious food. I especially enjoyed my morning cappuccino. I hope to return and stay here again.

We loved the air conditioning and starfruit welcome drink after a hot day of travel and everyone was incredibly welcoming. The mojitos were the best we had in Cuba (fresh limes!), and we loved our chats with Serguey. Yuli was absolutely amazing and helped us feel at home; she also helped find a last minute taxi. The food and coffee! So delicious. We had amazing internet the whole time but luckily didn’t really need it because we were soaking up every second in Havana. The room was so comfortable; no noise, great view, excellent water pressure. The rooftop deck was incredible! We honestly could’ve stayed a week inside the hotel and been happy, it’s that wonderful. We had a fantastic stay at the Residencia Santa Clara. The staff were warm and welcoming. We want to give a special shout out to Sergay. He helped us find a wonderful excursion when our original plans were cancelled and we enjoyed our evening chats with him.

Staff/service exemplary, clean & well maintained. Great location , money exchange, tours and transportation all arranged thru hotel. Shout out to Liber, Siergei, Amin, & Carlos. Included breakfast a great way to start the day coffee is excellent ! Roof top area great way to sit and relax with a cocktail at the end of the night.

Residencia Santa Clara was nice surprise. All the staff was very helpful and friendly since we arrived. They offered welcome drinks, gave us maps and tips about restaurants. The breakfast and lunch were well prepared and the food was delicious. The location is good in a quiet street but near all the main activities. Besides, they made a cake for my husband birthday! I recomend the place!

We stayed here 3 days in February 24 and enjoyed the really Central location, just 2 blocks from Plaza Vieja and the Rum Museum. Old Havanna is all in walking distance, Capitolio is a 20 minutes walk. Super friendly staff consists of two teams (all speak English), changing every 2-3 days, who are all helpful with really everything you need to survive Havanna. Really good cappuccino with refill and tasty egg dishes. Water bottles are available for a little charge from the semi-public fridge. Tourists from other Casas came to enjoy breakfast and stable Wifi here too for a good reason. From the terraces in the 3rd and 4th floor we had a great view over the city, and in the 2nd floor "lounge" we enjoyed drinks in the evening. There were no flies or mosquitos while we stayed here. Actually we even returned for 2 more nights before leaving home, because of the nice atmosphere and the helpful people there.

In La Habana Vieja. Well situated for touring. Owners/staff were great and very helpful. They have a nice bar and food on site. Really cute, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast included! Loved. it.

The area is improving, the hotel location is nice...there's no wifi in room #7 period. This needs to be looked into. I had to sit in the restaurant with night time security to access wifi. With the cost of the room this is unacceptable . I also feel the roof top deck needs quality improvement . My friends stayed at a hotel around the corner ( Bahia Havana) and the roof top restaurant/wifi was much better quality of of rooms better. As far as service and staff. I felt Residence Santa Clara had a better feel.
