I had a great experience and the customer care was extremely helpful and they helped me out with transportation to the port of the cruise. I am extremely happy with the transportation.

This hotel is a stain on the Wyndham name. It’s truly upsetting to not be able to trust a reputable company.
The entire building was dirty and looked like a rundown apartment building. There are cheap hollow wooden doors on the bathroom. My bed squeaked so loud while entering and exiting that it sounded as though a dump truck was in the room. On top of this, there were small ants near the shelf in between the beds. They probably appeared because the tv remote was sticky. And the remote was most likely sticky because the coffee machine is set up near the desk, but there isn’t an outlet there. You would have to move it to the bed side to use it.

Bathroom is unusually small, shower made for 1 person, noise allllll night from room across from mine and I can hear people walking upstairs the whole night. I had to ask the front desk to do something about it at 2am. I did not and could not sleep at all. The room was too cold, when asked to adjust the air temp it only blow cold no in between. The whole experience was so unpleasant and uncomfortable,I will never ever recommend or stay there.

Thank goodness this was only for one night. Booked it for the convenience near the airport. The entire place had a smell, clean enough but would not stay more than one night. Bathroom was microscopic, the bathroom on the cruise ship was bigger.

Was very disappointed in my stay. Could not access local cable TV front desk agent was not very helpful and did not assist me in anything could not connect to the Wi-Fi and again the front desk agent was not very friendly and helpful.

The overall stay was very enjoyable. Love the fact that they offer a free continental breakfast. They just need to check the area more. We experienced a lot of ants around the waffle station. I feel it wasn’t intentional
, but still needed to be addressed.

The property is well-maintained and the staff makes you feel right at home. From the check-in ready to help the personnel was always professional. From the breakfast room, Jessica made sure we all had everything ready to go. Mairelys the supervisor specials made sure my coffee was as hot as I liked it. Great service and wonderful stay.

I’m shocked that this hotel can be in the Hilton lineup, it’s probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there were hairs on the towels and in the shower stuck to the walls and on the floors. There were people in the garden area that were out there all night listen to music on a speaker. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like there was something wrong with it. The surrounding neighborhood is scary to say the least, and the parking was very limited. The breakfast was pretty dismal, they offer no protein options, no eggs, no yogurts etc, just bread, bagels, and cereal, would it kill them to have just one single healthy option?? The overall condition of the property is just bad, everywhere you look there’s something that’s just sloppy, broken or dirty. I booked this because it was a Hilton by the airport, and I was just shocked! Does Hilton know about this disaster of a hotel?? Yikes! Stay away!

Bathroom shower door broken. Almost fell on my wife. Pillows are ripped. Ask to speak to.a manager. No call back. Also super hot water only available in shower.
