Our stay was very nice the suit we had accommodated our family very well. Everything worked well in the room and the kitchen was very nice. Very close to ayala mall. We would definitely stay there again. And one more thing the breakfast buffet is so awesome it has Everything you can think of on it and the staff everywhere there are the best and very helpful.

Everyone are so accommodating and have a very good service from check in to hotel boys to security guards and food is excellent. Planning to come back with family. Transport from hotel to airport is very systematic

The hotel was clean and tidy, had 2 bedrooms which was a huge plus, and also ideally positioned. We had plenty of food options across the street at the mall, we were centrally located for all tourist visiting locations, and the general area was also quite pleasant.

Good: Location next to the mall was ideal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Arranged a great tour and were always extremely welcoming. Pool and gym ideal for what i needed. Not good- only one bathroom had hot water in 2 br suite. No cable working. Would of been nice-to watch tv at end of day. Called the engineers, but stayed in residences and in two rooms no cable.

Quest Serviced Residences are actually part of the Quest Hotel. These larger apartments are just on floors 19-25. When I was initially looking at locations, it appeared these were separately located properties. The rooms are very spacious and include amenities such as a kitchen, separate dining room table, bedrooms, and 2 baths (at least the one we stayed in). Location is adjacent to Ayala Mall. Check in is in the Business Area which is just around the corner from the main desk.

Quest Serviced Residences are actually part of the Quest Hotel. These larger apartments are just on floors 19-25. The word "serviced" was lacking. The listing on hotels.com indicated the room included daily cleaning services. When I came back to my room on my first full day on Thursday, I was disappointed to have found my room wasn't cleaned. I called and requested to have my room serviced. The following three days, housekeeping did not come to service my room. It wasn't until I complained to the assistant manager that my room finally got cleaned daily. Also room service was not aware of the payment policies related to the type of room I had. Again, I had to have the manager address the issue. Then the air conditioning broke down in my room requiring them to transfer me to a different room and me to pack up all stuff. Once I got to the new room, I had to call and request them to provide toilet paper (none was in the room) and other bathroom essentials. The staff was responsive but it was frustrating to ask for items that should already be in the room (like toilet paper), and having strange people coming to your room. Each of whom kept asking if I was alone - a question a woman does not like being asked by male staff. It was creepy. Food wasn't that great either. Needless to say I will not be staying there again if I can help it.

Super generous staff and overall hospitality. Building is starting to show its age. Internet spotty at times. Had to move rooms 2x due to AC failure. Room Service forgot to submit an order once. Location is walkable to a large mall with shops and restaurant. Kitchenette was key (but missing some items, pots pans coffee maker, etc). Wished there was a hot tub too, however the pool area was nice and well maintained. Despite the blemishes the staff were extremely accommodating. I would return to Quest in the future! :)

1.location is okay, but the rout to the Ayala mall is not convenient, not short, not safe. 2. the room is shut down due to the power, not okay, we are shut down at least for 30 min, carzy! 3. can not earlier check-in and we have requested the a second room to be next to each other in advance, but actually only the same floor, not next to each other!

Very big room with a nice view. Fantastic breakfast. Staff super friendly as always. One of the best hotels in the Philippines
