A good location for transit overnight stay. Unfortunately our steak dinner dinner was not good quality, especially for the price. We did receive a free fruit plate to make up for it. Reception wanted to charge a $20 nonrefundable deposit to take pool towels on a day trip, this is not acceptable. Otherwise, it is always good to study here.

We find the Gateway as the perfect place to stay to coordinate or arrival or departure from Nadi with transfers out to or in from the islands. It has the simple friendly Fijian charm that immediately drops you into the low stress Fijian lifestyle on arrival or a place to collect and savour last memories on departure. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the ambiance relaxed and the rooms clean and very comfortable.

A good hotel overall but there were a couple of issues. You had to pay for WiFi and it was not very strong. Pretty slow actually most of the time. Also the room keys do not work at the gym. You have to go to the front desk every time you want to work out. And the key sometimes did not work. Very annoying. Breakfast was very minimal unless you paid for extras.

I stayed for one night before a cruise. They gave a room where the window faced a wall, thus it was like it did not exist. Overall the staff was not friendly. I have booked another night on the way back - so unfortunately I have to stay here again !!

The hotel was nice and cozy and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The pillows could use an upgrade to better quality ones and the breakfast selection was very limited and can be greatly improved.

Very convenient to the airport, easily walkable & there is also a shuttle. The dining room has great ambience & staff in there were very friendly & helpful. However we could have had more help when checking in, to find our room. The swimming pool is beautiful, the hydro slide was popular with the children staying.

We stayed on the night we flew in and the night before flying out. In the first we had a ground floor queen roof which was fine. The last night was in a basic twin which was too small. The complex was excellent and the restaurant meals (curries and steak) fantastic
