This was a horrible experience. We were told a non smoking room and the room was dirty and smelled bad. We checked out to go to another hotel and the clerk was very rude when we ask for a refund

It appears to be going through renovations so it was wood boards up by the front desk. There was no internet the night I checked in per the desk receptionist so I couldn’t watch tv or is my devices correctly. I asked if we would be accommodated she said no. Upon checking out I asked again she said it goes through management but could give me discount since they weren’t available. I have yet to receive the receipt that show credit or anything. The area is not good either but for the price I paid and once on the inside I was decent.

Pubic hairs all over bathroom sink and shower upon check in- disgusting, room carpet stained, breakfast had no gluten free options so had nothing to eat before a long day. Overall hotel condition was shabby inside, did not feel safe staying there was afraid my vehicle was in danger.

The stay was ok and highway convient so it wasnt a long drive wherever i needed to go. Breakfast was good but wish it offfered bottled drinks but overall wasnt bad...... I would stay again if i had to

Located in an industrial area…. Kinda sketchy but we felt safe… had security guards in parking lot from 10:00pm until 6 am!!! Friendly staff! Breakfast was minimal and disappointing…

Hotel is going through renovations. The hotel is in an industrial type area. The room was not as clean, specially the bathroom. The breakfast options are very limited.

Just the area was run down. The first thing we noticed as we pulled into the lot is the raggedy curtains hanging from the windows! Like cats had ran a many days up and down them!!

Disappointed that it wasn’t actually downtown, my fault for not double checking. Was not in a safe area in ST Louis, even the Uber driver's warned us.
The room was decent, clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would not stay again because of location

I was not informed it was in a sketchy part of town. The picture of the room on sight is not by any chance how rooms look like. The curtain for my room was hanging off and i had to fix that. Staff at front desk checking in wad very rude.

It was gross inside and outside, plus unsafe and in a completely dilapidated area that's not actually close enough to the current St. Louis downtown to be called "downtown". It was very disappointing, and if I had proper internet to read reviews before booking, I never would've stayed there. Also, they charged us to check-in a little early, when they should just be happy someone is staying there. The price for my Expedia package was grossly inappropriate.

Terrible stay.
Lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude! Loud noise all night, and room smelled awful !
Will not stay again nor recommend to anyone. Actually I will tell people to stay anywhere but here!
