Room was clean! Customer service at its finest. The whole hotel staff was attentive during my stay. They always greet us with a warm smile!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was not working at all. Not businesd friendly with no wifi. International travellers need wifi to stay in touch. To be told you would have wifi a d find there is no connection was a big let down. Staff said it was sliw connection but it was non existing.

We are repeat guests of Alpa City. We booked this hotel during Sinulog. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early. The rooms are large and clean. They have microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Staff is friendly and accommodating. During Sinulog it is difficult to get transportation to and from the hotel.

We stayed for one night and 2 nights separetely.
Facilities and furniture were nice.
We were fine since we were in Philipinnes however I would not recommend this hotel if you don't want any roaches.

When we arrived at 2 pm to check-in, at first the Receptionist said the room would be ready in a few minutes, after about 5 minutes then she said it would be another 15 - 20 minutes, the truth was that the room was not yet cleaned or ready for occupancy. What is the point of having a Reservation if they do not get organized enough to make certain that your room can be occupied when you arrive.
On a positive note, the room was well appointed, very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet is very good, for a 3 star Hotel the buffet is exceptional.

Just good location for a first hotel in Cebu Island. Airport and restaurant-area are near by. I would choose this hotel any time again.
