Not the best hotel for the price. There was a balcony and door did not work.

Small but serviceable for a 1 night stay, this hotel caters to people flying out of Rome airport. The front desk man was very kind and helpful! The room was small with no special amenities as reflected in the cheaper price. It was a 10 minute walk from the Fiumicino river walk which was an enjoyable area.

Stayed here for a night after arriving late to FCO. Stefano at the front desk was very welcoming, even offering a free upgrade. The room had everything expected and was clean. The set up is a bit odd, as the front desk is across the street from the rooms. But I was show directly to the room and oriented to it even. Location wise, it was a bit isolated so I couldn’t find an easy dinner after 21:30. But very good and well price for a stay on either end of flying to/from Rome.

I had a late flight and contacted the hotel to allow me a late check in as their front desk closed at 11pm. They agreed. I spoke to them at 11:30pm after I was able to get my luggage and was ready to get into a taxi to the hotel but when I arrived they stopped responding and I was unable to get into the hotel. I needed to find another hotel after midnight.

Couldn't reach out to the property by phone they provided. Shuttle bus is EUR 20, Uber - EUR 13.

The Staff is really good. I was received by Stefano who provided an excellent service. Just note that the reception works until 11 PM. I arrived before 11 PM, so it was fine.

Room and bed is big and spacious. Sofa pullout doesn’t have a thick mattress. Bathroom is clean but hot water shower is a slow trickle.qq

We were there late at night until early in the morning before our flight. Nice room, clean with all the amenities

Nice and clean room. Very spacious room. Staff was helpful with the late check in. Driver of Shuttle service was very helpful as well. Over all excellent experience for our short stay in between flights.

Staff was friendly. Area is ok. I booked 3 rooms, the air conditioner did not work in one room and leaked in another room. Shower heads had absolutely no water pressure. You had to turn on sink water tap in order to get hot water in shower. Weird. Window drape was ripped. Very Clean though. We only stayed for one night to catch the flight. So it was tolerable

The owner was very rude & unprofessional. There were imss understanding about hotels tax. I am a business man i know 'customer always right.' Infront of other customer and my wife he was unprofessional. I asked told him that there is water leaking from air-conditioning. Every time I go to washroom water dripping on our head.in one he asked me to leave the hotels i don't give you another day to to stay.I was insulated, humiliated infront of everyone. The day we left the air-conditioning was not fixed. Even though they promised it will be fixed. I promise I will never go back to him.and also recommend not to go.
