Although the hotel was good value the breakfast which we paid extra for was terrible. The cooked breakfast was empty every morning and the fruit was mouldy and old.

Clearly no 4 stars. They have a lot of facilities and super friendly staff but the hotel clearly needs a makeover. The gym is the saddest place I have seen… one Decathlon machine! The restaurant is one of the highlights but it’s closed Sunday and Monday. Wifi didn’t work in our room.

I simply loved this hotel from the minute I arrived. Check in was fast and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and I loved the wooden floors throughout it. The pool view was nice as well and the restaurant had delicious food. One of my favorite hotels.

The hotel itself is fine, we chose it for its proximity to the highway so we can spend the night and move on to our next destination in the morning. The main issue was in their ventilation system - someone was smoking in another room and we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents all night. This was very uncomfortable.

Really nice staff and a good place to launch our visit of the City during Feria. Easy bus connection into the center of town. Many local restaurants and cafes. Very nice pool although it could use a bit of a scrubbing. Hosts offered a free drink when we arrived as the bar and restaurant were closed until Tuesday.

The service at check in was very slow especially considering there was a second person who could have assisted. However, when we finally checked in the receptionist was very friendly and efficient.

When going to Arles on a business trip, there are limited options in the region, and this "motel" (it doesn't deserve the hotel moniker) in Nimes seemed quite clean and modern in the photos. It wasn't. The standard of room, although dubbed as a junior suite at a four star hotel, reminded me more of a bare-bones three star hotel. The tap in the bathroom had a defect, the plug for the bathtub was missing, some of the toiletries were damaged on arrival the bar/restaurant at the hotel was a ghost town. Positives: - Cheap (although most expensive in that particular area). - The outdoor area is nice, with plenty of seating groups adjacent to the pool. - Staff was as helpful as could be expected Negatives: - Looks _much_ better in the photographs - Room in poor condition, with several defects and problems. Very poor. - Nowhere near the standard of a four star hotel. Dishonest marketing. If I'd been sold a budget 3 star hotel by the highway, I would have expected and accepted that. Expecting a four star standard hotel and a spacious room (junior suite) this was terrible. Cannot recommend and will not book again. Next time I'm traveling to Arles I would rather book a proper four star hotel in Montpellier.

As many previous reviews have mentioned, this is not a 4-star hotel. In many ways it resembles an apartment hotel except the kitchenette is of little use as you are not provided any dishware or pots or pans. The room, while mostly clean (walls), are dated (except for the bathroom) and the furniture is dated, and stained as was our bedframe. The doors cannot be closed without slamming so you are consiently hearing slamming doors all night. On our second night we were awoken by the fire alarm and given no notice until we reached the ground level that it was caused by someone smoking in their room. On our last night, the power went out two times for a short period of five minutes or so. As a previous reviewer stated on google I think you're better off staying at the nearby Ibis if you desire to stay outside of town. Or finding a more centrally located hotel.

This hotel would be OK for a 3-star hotel. Overall the property could be better maintained. The rooms are pretty bare, no carpet (probably a design choice though), no art on the walls, bathrooms are nice with modern fixtures. Staff is friendly, but we had some issues: the room wasn't ready when we arrived (more than half an hour wait), our room wasn't cleaned on the first day (everyone we talked to seemed surprised), the table in the room was broken and was never addressed during our four night stay. The reception is non-existent,, there are just a couple of desks with laptops. The pool is nice and clean, but the landscaping around is unkempt. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
