The only issue is proximity to traffic which impacts sitting on the patio or balcony

The property was fine.
Our first night was a nightmare. They put us a closet that they called a room. Not to mention the traffic from the main road was awful. Didn't sleep all night. (1st night)
I complained & they put us in a regular room, which was much better than the closet.
We stayed for 2 nights in the decent room.

The stay was very nice. Room was clean but there was a stale odor in the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the fresh cookies in the evening.

Lovely lovely ladies on reception, they could not have done more. Nice touch with the cookies and wine hour. We had 2 nights on our road trip here and was nice to chill around the pool. Nice town and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. Breakfast was disappointing as ran out of an already limited selection.

The staff here was amazing - everyone we interacted with was above and beyond helpful and pleasant. The pool was great. The area is serene and peaceful. The room is spacious and good…except REPLACE THE CARPETS. The carpet stains are the first thing you notice as you open the door which makes you question the cleanliness of everything (everything else was indeed clean but the first impression of the carpets is hard to get past). Overall a solid place to spend a night.

We stay here every year. This is such a great place to stay! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it's walking distance to the Hellgate Jetboat Excursions.

We have stayed at this property several times and will keep going back - we love it! The location on the Rogue River across from the park is delightful for evening walks; the staff are kind, friendly and accommodating; and, though the property is showing its age and our mattress wasn’t super comfortable, it is clean and well-maintained/appointed for the price. Lastly, a very good breakfast is included, with a variety of offerings.
