Loved the OPO. Rooms were excellent sized and the staff was fantastic!! Oddly, even though renovated in 2023, the room had no USB ports. The bathroom door was a little odd, while it wasn’t see through if your partner got up before you and turned on the light it lit up the bedroom too. The hotel also didn’t have an ice machine, not a big deal but we Americans love our ice! 😁 but those were very small things compared to the quality staff and accommodations!! Great location too! Easy walk to Grand Place and Centraal.

It is a very simple hotel, just renovated last year, and you can see it. There were few issues during our stay. First, AC system is central and you cannot control it at all. It was set to 16C degrees!! It was freezing. You either go for it or turn it off, but it was during a heat wave, so turning off was not really an option, and yet, we had to. Then hot water got shut down for almost a day. How about a cold shower? My husband got terrible sick from it. No apology from the hotel. Housekeeping staff was so loud at 8-9 am in the morning shouting across the hall to each other. You can’t hear traffic or construction outside, we were woken up by inconsiderate housekeeping. Last, but not least. Pillows are awful. And that’s something so simple to get right, I don’t know how they got it so wrong. They are firm as a rock, stuffed so much, that you can adjust to your liking. And they are couch cushion size, so your head keeps sliding off. 5 pillows on the bed could be normal size, two firm, two soft and one medium. But they made it all rock solid. Our necks hurt. I had to sleep on my travel neck pillow, this is how bad it was.

Excellent service at the reception. Dunkin at the reception was very polite and greeted us very kind way. Any time when we are going to come to Brussels we’ll stay in OPP hotel.

We had a great experience and many thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights with our baby and the room they gave us was lovely. We also booked the cot which baby seemed to enjoy. Great location for attractions & shopping. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast service yet but there are many options to eat out or take away. Would stay again.

Location was very convenient, but with some changes this could have been better. The furnishing in the room was not the best. The bathroom had partial glass walls with no doorknob and the door didn’t close properly (it was always at least 1-2 inches open) so it was not very private. Not great for more than one person staying in the room. You could also hear street noise even though we were on the top floor. When we arrived some of the outlets in the room didn’t work (although this was quickly rectified when staff was told about it). Front desk was always super pleasant when we spoke to them 😊 Overall the room was clean and had a good shower, but not sure it was worth the price we paid.

The staff is extremely upbeat and helpful and cheerful. They brightened our day after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, large and very nice. Great location. Really nice old building from 1888 updated as a modern hotel. Well done!

Amazing place to stay in Brussels. This hotel is brand new and in the perfect location, close to Grand Place. The room was large for European standards and had a full king size bed which was very comfortable. The rooms are very modern and clean. When we checked in we had the most amazing staff member helping us. Her name was Rebecca and she was so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about the City and the hotel. She made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Brussels.
