What a wonderful hotel. Cozy and comfortable with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in a minute.

Nice accommodation in a great location, stunning view on Matterhorn from the room (upper floor with balcony) !
On a last minute booking, no issues arranging a (really) late check-in over the phone. And encountering snacks & beverages in self-service was a treat 😋

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amazing views, hotel is away from the main street and the crowds, which was exactly what we were looking for! The room on the top floor had unbeatable view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from (cereal, breads and pastries, fruit, cold oatmeal). The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable

The cereal bowls and lot of cutlery is dirty and unwashed. The fire alarm kept ringing at night for all the customers and couldn’t sleep. The room is very small and bathrooms are tiny, especially the shower.

Nice view of the Matterhorn mountain, breakfast was ok, did not liked no Airconditioning, it’s hot in side in order to get refreshed you have to open the windows,

Zermatt has traffic down here and there in Jun. due to flood, there’s still some impact there, like the nearest bus stops. But staff there is very friendly and helpful, we could have convenient stay. The hotel is small, everything is well equipped. And The view and atmosphere are very nice.

This place was absolutely perfect! Assuming you’ll be arriving at the train station, the bus to bring you to Mountain Paradise is super easy to find - the stop is right across the street. The room that we had was perfection. It was exactly what I imagined for a vacation in Switzerland. The staff was kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was right near the gondolas and only a 15 minute walk into town. The views of the Matterhorn were amazing from the room! And the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Weather was blizzard and snow so we missed our view of the Matterhorn. Luckily the hotel was cozy and very nice to stay in and keep warm with gorgeous views of the gondola going by.

Ski room to leave your gear; plus they had a boot/mitten heater system. Dry and wet sauna. We had a room overlooking the Matterhorn! It was an amazing place to recharge after amazing ski days. Highly recommend.

It was so close to Bussio and the tram and they were so helpful on where to go and what time were best. They also offered a lunch sandwich we could make at breakfast for only 4 $
They were very kind to store our bags for several hours before we left for the day
