Beautiful Newer Hotel, conveniently located in the proximity of the "San Ysidro" crossing border.
Staff were very nice and friendly, customer service great. Location is convenient 10min walking distance from crossing line. There is no much they can do about the " streets condition and construction going on in their area.
Beds are comfortable but bedsheets were "crispy starched" and not so comfortable. Rooms are "decent clean" but my bathroom has a death spider or bug behind the mirror, visually hanging out of the mirror, (housekeeper could have had it removed when cleaning the mirror. No toiletries for sure except for a hand lotion. For a Hotel of this quality, I feel they are getting to stingy.
Yes, I am a complainer but overall, I recommend it and I would book it again. Breakfast was delicious.. thank you to all the participants in this growing Hotel.

When I started to open the drawers to put my things away, there were a lot of hairs and like blots of them, so we couldn't unpack. When we went down to the reception we made the lady see with photographs how dirty they were, from what she told us. I was going to report it, when we returned from dinner we noticed that the drawers were still in the same condition and no one had done anything. It's unfortunate when they call themselves the best and most modern hotel in Tijuana.

The only bad thing was the air conditioner. It was way too hot in the room, it only cooled off during the night. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there.

The carpet in my room was ripped and appeared dirty. The room was very dark. The blinds Wouldn't open to let in light. For the price I paid I wish I would have stayed elsewhere

We had one of those stays where everything went wrong and nothing worked but the staff stepped up and helped us out. The food is pretty good too.

Bathroom was dirty upon checking in, the windows were nasty from the room, AC was not working had to have staff come in, thermostat screen cracked and cut my finger, the water pipe broke and there was no water yesterday night. Staff was not helpful and gave attitude. Never again

There’s debris outside the windows and windows glass was also dirty. Restaurant food is delicious and staff and service was excelente.

We arrived at 3pm for check in. Once we arrived to our room the bell boy turn on the AC and stated it will cool down in 20min. We got ready and went down to the pool for a few hours. When we returned the AC unit was off and the room was very hot. I called the front desk and they sent someone to on the AC. It worked for a bit and it turned off again. Called the desk and repeated the same process another two times. Around midnight it happend AGAIN this time we told them to change our rooms or give us a refund for the stay. They advised that the entire 9th floor was having problems with the AC.
They finally changed our room. I don't think we would stay here again. They could have preemptively changed our room since they new the entire floor was having problems.

It was a nice new hotel. I just didn't like that I can hear the music from downstairs and a baby crying all night that was next door I believe, but other than that I was comfortable. Also, I wish they had mentioned about the bariatric lunch they offer for free. I did not find out until I was checking out. Bummer!

We had amazing stay. It was not only clean but everyone very eager to make your our as welcoming as possible. It was very safe and nice to walk outside. The food that was included was delicious.

Everything at the hotel was great. The only thing I wished that was different was the pool to be warmer. The pool was super super cold.
