The hotel itself and location were great. 2 issues though. First, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Second, I am certain my neighbors left multiple unattended children in the room next to mine. For about 13 hours strait it was a constant sound of running, beating on walls, and screaming. We called and complained and were told it would be investigated. I eventually went to the front desk, played a recording I made of it, and was told it sounds like kids having fun and there was nothing they could do about it even though you could hear it all the way down the hallway. I gave up and checked out a day early.

Went there for a late check-in , the personnel are very accommodating , place is clean too. My only dissatisfaction is with the pool, there were small dead frogs floating on the sitz bath and the water is thick in chlorine.

Checked in around 4 PM but didn’t enter the room until later as I was out exploring. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown from the start. The décor felt average for a Hilton, with a scraped-up bed frame and dirty carpet. The sheets were okay but had a gritty feel, almost like there was sand in them. I was too tired to deal with the hassle of requesting a room change, especially since other reviews mentioned it could make things worse.
My view? A roof.
The requirement for bracelets for everything, including the free breakfast, was frustrating. Lose or break it? Too bad. And the fact that you cannot take breakfast to your room is absurd—most budget hotels allow that! I wanted to enjoy my meal in peace but was forced to eat in a communal area.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the money spent. I expected much better from Hilton.

They have remodeled some since I was there in February. The On the Border is gone and they Starbucks is part of the bar area. Dining options are only Barry's Bistro in the hotel, but there is pizza available next door and other options further down.

Property was good, pool hadn’t been cleaned from all floating debris. Our Room was good, but one male staff wasn’t very safety conscious during room cleanup. The female cleaning crew were outstanding. There was a fire alarm that went off early morning and nobody checked nor knocked on room doors. The front lobby staff didn’t even keep us informed nor did anyone answer the phone. We had to hear that all was clear from a firefighter.

I enjoy cold and room temperature water but it didnt allow it when showering. I would even offer a small vacuum or broom for sand sake to guests. Other then that, we'll definitely be back. Josh was also kind and patient.

Housekeeper was real good and polite. the most problem i had was check in was 3pm and me and my wife sit in lobby for 1 hour and half before they ended up putting us in a different room then our bed was rough i had a spring pushing in my back and the sheet wouldnt stay on mattress. i was very upset and should have been given some of my money back due to all the issues

Our room had slow drainage in bathroom sink and toilet kept running which made it difficult to flush. Maintenance team should be a bid more on top of things. Had to keep waiting for toilet to fill and sink to drain 😔 but didn't let this ruin our stay 😊
