I would not recommend this hotel! The Refrigerator in room not work, toilet seat not attached very good. NO ELEVATOR !!!!! Breakfast was toast and cold cuts. They claim airport pickup but when tried to call fo pickup no one answered, had to take a cab. I would not recommend this hotel! The only good was they did shuttle me back to airport.

Absolutely great customer service. We arrived passed midnight our transportation provided by hotel was there. The person at the front desk was very informative and helpful. She went over and beyond to assist us as we had issues with an excursion we booked to blue lagoon through another site. Great all around.

This is a clean, comfortable property. It is overpriced for what you get. Access to the KEF airport is nice.

Absolutely great customer service. We arrived passed midnight our transportation provided by hotel was there. The person at the front desk was very informative and helpful. She went over and beyond to assist us as we had issues with an excursion we booked to blue lagoon through another site. Great all around.

Good for a quick layover stay. We were there for only about 6 hours to sleep. Bathroom was a bit musty, but the room was clean. It was a Saturday night, and the hotel had an Irish pub located across the street. It was very noisy, and we basically heard everything that was going on outside. We didn’t get great sleep, but for the money paid it was fine. The hotel staff was super helpful, and check in was a breeze. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was also a plus since the wait for a taxi was over an hour long. Overall it was fine for a quick stay.

The website advertised Airport shuttle and there was none. This hotel is just if you need basic, the room was clean with a warm shower. Some handsoap and shampoo bottle. They dont have a huge staff so just be patient. They were very nice and included a ride to the airport if you ask ahead of time. Or theyre happy to arrange taxis for you.

Perfect quick stay near the airport. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Really nothing around to do or see but there’s a few restaurants within walking distance and a 24/7 supermarket

Missed a connection on the way to Europe. Perfect location from which to explore Keflavík. Polite and highly professional staff. Comfortable with great view of the water.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Else than welcoming you staff will make you feel- Why are you here! I made booking based on room description and pictures shown but it’s no way near to what we have experienced. 1) No one answers reception phone - try to call and you will find out. 2) They don’t allow you to check in before 2pm which is fine as per their pre defined policies but they were not even ready with rooms at 2pm considering we were waiting for a pre booked room from 12:00pm. 3) I booked family room for peace of mind but they kept trying for make me settle with something else, and made us move from 1 room to another- Not recommended for Families at all. 4) No consideration that you are travelling with kids- not their problem. 5) Oh and there are no lifts, 2-3 floors but no lifts.
