Nice enough staff. Roof top bar facing the city and river. Great pool area, Nice small gym with a view on the top floor. The common areas are clean but the Rooms on our floor was NOT clean. They don’t use vaccumcleaners When cleaning so they try to sweep the floors towards the door resulting in everything ending up in the entrance hallway and bathroom... Hairs from previous guests, crumbles and even dirty shoeprints. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty when We arrived. Good and diverse breakfast in a Nice area but they don’t inform that you can order eggs and omelettes from the Nice breakfast staff so don’t miss that. Easy to catch a tuktuk Right outside, about 2$ to get to the city centre. Nice view from the rooms.

Staff was very helpful. The construction was a bit of a noise problem but the staff did everything to accommodate me. Thank you all very much.

We had an overnight stay here. Hotel itself was nice, in a good location with spacious and clean rooms. Unfortunately there is currently a construction site next to the hotel which during our stay was very loud. The hotel had left a note of apology in the room stating that the work stops between 7pm and 7am so not the best if you like to sleep in or relax in the afternoon. Not sure when it's due to finish but when we were there they were still working to demolish the previously existing building on the lot.

Great accessibility to various restaurants coupled with excellent service extended by the staff. Bella is one of the staffs who deserved mentioning here. She was very helpful and courteous in her dealing with us.

After a bad experience with my previous reservation and stay the manager upgraded my room which was very pleasent.

Great hotel, good location. Wonderful staff and welcome. Very comfortable quiet rooms. Loved the pool area and the sky bar (very reasonably priced). Would reccomend.
