Staff fantastic, good location for the Vieux Port but room felt tired and cut off from the main hotel. The multi lingual reception team were excellent and helped with any queries. The main hotel building was lovely and full of character with a shaded garden where breakfast was served. Our room was located in another building further down the street that lacked the character and amenities of the main building. The room itself felt a bit neglected with large mystery staines on the fabric headboard, a dripping air conditioning vent and a shower that flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used. Overall a decent stay but I did feel where our room was located made it feel cut off and lacking the positive atmosphere of the main hotel.

The room had very tiny beds for young kids and the average adult could not fully sleep comfortable without having their legs stick out of the bed. Our room had a very steep stairs where they had 2 tiny beds as well the stairs were so small and dangerous very easy to fall and get seriously hurt. On the upstairs loft there was a cover that was loose from the exhaust fan where you could hear all the noise and also get in all the cold air at night. Would definitely not recommend, especially families with small children.

We were mainly focused on having some aircon after two weeks without in our holiday house, and this hotel did not disappoint! We were able to walk everywhere as it was conveniently located. The courtyard cage is beautiful and a lovely place to relax in the evening.

We stayed for 4 nights in late July 2024 with 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff and the hotel were excellent! The room was nicely updated and provided excellent space for all of us. The breakfast service each morning was excellent and the staff went above and beyond for the entire stay to make sure we had a great experience. Very easy access to the port area with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops. Getting around Marseille from the hotel was very easy. We will absolutely stay here again on another trip!

Very nice and quiet garden for the breakfast or just a break. Good beds and well functioning air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Normal double room too small, especially the bath and toilet. Street is very noisy, rooms backwards are much more quiet.

This is located in a poor area of Marseille, we felt unsafe walking around and even just standing in front of the hotel waiting for our Uber. The check in process was quick and easy but I was turned off by the attitude of the reception and the surrounding neighborhood. The receptionist was a bit lazy to make a copy of keycard for us (we had 4 people but only asked for 2 keycards). He asked in an agitated tone why we need more than 1 key even though we are only staying one night… would not stay here again especially since the neighborhood was rough. The room itself is decent, it has one big bed and bunk beds that were a bit shaky. There’s free water provided from the water fountain.

Paid for 'superior room' - but with small cardboard cups, 2 teabags, weak AC & 3 pillows (why not 4 for a double bed?)...I'm struggling to see what was 'superior' about it. Did ask for a 4th pillow but it seems 6 hours was not long enough to find an elusive pillow...in a hotel!!

This hotel is in a great. It's walkable distance to old port, shops and other iconic area in Marseille. I love the breakfast room, the garden and staffs. It's very chic city hotel

We got an apartment and it great and spacious. Front staff were great and very helpful. Location is excellent with a short walk to the harbour. Parking is literally 100 meters away.
