Our electric shade didn’t work and we are seniors so it was difficult to work the smart TV

Front desk gentleman was awesome. Breakfast can be improve. Room service was not done, after request for at least trash out and clean towels. We have 9 rooms in total for 2 day visit.

Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. When staff was informed they seemed unbothered by the news. Took the office manager a long time to provide or share video details. I definitely will not be back.

The staff was really nice but the room smelled horrible and the sheets felt wet and when we were moved to another room it was the same but the smell wasn’t as bad, we were tired so we just stayed but won’t stay again

Front desk was very nice and helped with information for a next time stay.
Manager was very helpful and friendly as well. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff also friendly and very attentive.

The property was ver nice and quiet. The staff were very helpful and greeted us with kindness. The kids loved the pool. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was great and filling.

The room was spacious and appeared clean ish, definitely not a lot of noise around us. The night of check in, i heard some reaidents talking about a break in the previous night but we had no issues during our stay. The staff was friendly for the most part, a little confusing from the check in clerk but we got our room, thats all that matters. The breakfast was definitely regional - tamales of some sort, omelet and beans. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible, dont know if it was the "eco friendly" shower heads or just crappy pressure but it sucked. Didnt get to check out the pool.
