I was given a room on the bottom floor north side close to reception area. Window curtain was opened and I noticed clear tape around the edges of window to prevent insects from coming in which did not help at all. There were insects on the bed, floor and ceiling. Later on the night there’s a cricket that would not stop making noise. Aside from that there is so much humidity in that building that the floor to the room becomes very slippery. Linen to that room smelled horrible and some of the towels in the restroom were dirty and you could tell they had not been washed… AC unit made loud noise all night as if it was close to breaking down…. Worst experience ever!! Not a restful stay at alllll.

Convenient to the location of our destination.

The water pressure in the shower was basically non-existent.

Great location. A couple of food places and a gas station nearby you can walk to. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Wind is coming in the room it was cold

The staff was very polite and responsive offering to carry up our luggage, brought extra pillows, blankets and towels to accommodate our party of 3 adults.

lobby and hallway was heavenly perfumed. Elevator was not working. Hallways, steps and step railings were very dusty. You could see dirt foot prints on the carpet. back security door was not locked. The floor in the room was dusty and sticky. The tub was slippery.

The HVAC unit in the room would not reset the temperature below 83* and was very NOISY had to unplug it. Apparently, the recycling pumps for the hot water did not work, had to run probably 30 gallons of water before it got warm, not hot enough to shower.
