Average place needs TLC. On site parking, main road so care needs to be taken entering and exiting driveway. Walk to beach was ok, but cross railway tracks can incur fine $1K. Only scenery train runs.

Excelleny room near to beach. With a secret party to acsecluded beach. Really big bedroom and bathroom and really useful balcony. Very close to Byron bay and all ameneties. Felt very safe.

This was my second time staying at the motel, it’s in a great location, walking distance to everything and has direct access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and it includes all needed amenities.
I would recommend an after hours line be available to guests as the smoke alarm in my room unfortunately went off

For a motel it was a quite good hotel, but it didn’t look super clean and most of it looked already very used.
For one night I guess it is ok but I wouldn’t stay longer there. Nethertheless, the reception staff was very friendly and check in was very uncomplicated.

Great location. Easy walk to town and beach. Our family of 4 adults stayed in the family suit for 2 nights and suited us just fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It rained on the day of the wedding and they even had umbrellas for us to borrow. Would definitely recommend this property.
