Couldn’t be bothered to find out if the room was ready 10mins before check in. Breakfast great with lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable if a little hot.

The front street access was poor. No one to help with luggage.
The table along the corridor was not cleared of tea cups and plates from 6pm to 12pm.
Barman looked fed up. Wedding party taking over the hotel rather than in separate events rooms.

Check-in was perfect. Silvia at the front desk was more than accomodating. Helped with our room, stored our bags after checking out until our flight. Even helped with our Uber pickup location. Wonderful hotel to stay in Windsor. Thank you.

This was our first hotel on a two week vacation in the UK and by far the best place we stayed. Steps away from everything you'd want to see in Windsor including the castle. The staff is wonderful and really take great care of their guests. Make sure to include breakfast in your plans, you won't regret it. I hope we get to stay here again!

Hotel is Pleasant but the the blind in are room did not work it had come off the chain bathroom door handle has silicon over it and you could see it

Lovely hotel, very clean and luxurious. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Service top tier. The only things that let it down is the breakfast, on the website they advertise they serve a high quality breakfast, but in reality they have an average style buffet and no black pudding. The restaurant is also very dark. Also they charge a very high charge to use their carpark, there are a few in town that charge less. However it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book another McDonald hotel

There was a loud musical thumping in a building nearby. Manager Michael came to my room to get me to show an available room to me. I mentioned I was so looking forward to soaking in the big beautiful tub. The room I was to be moved to didn't have a tub. Michael said I could enjoy the tub in my previous room, then call him and he would come move me to the other room, away from the noise. He went above and beyond! Cheers! I thought the hotel was a great location and good value. I wish all hotels were as nice and accommodating as this one was. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention how beautiful the Windsor are is overall. I want to return and explore more.

Caveats: (1) parking is very expensive (40 GBP), (2) kitchen stops serving [no room service] after 9.30pm, (3) cost for a pet on Hotels.com and at the front desk were different (15 GBP vs 20 GBP). The staff, however, were VERY helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The stay was great.

The location was perfect for exploring Windsor with the Castle literally across the street. Shopping and restaurants were just minutes from the entrance. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts had a great selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
