Second time guest. Best place in Havana. Mirexis, Diana, and Andy are most awesome hosts. Clean house, clean rooms, backyard paradise. They arrange taxi, restaurants, etc. Excellent bar / restaurant just around the corner. Hated to leave.

First, there are no TV's in any room. There is no entertainment, they charge you for every bottle of water, egg, anything. They give you 1 little thin jail blanket and they make you feel like you are in jail. They lock the doors, even to the pool area after 10pm until they get up the next morning. They rush you to come back to the hotel in the evening so they can lock up. There was nothing to do there, not even any music. There were no suggestion where to go for any night entertainment and it is far from any type of restaurants or food. They had no lunch nor dinner. I became sick because of the dust mites and the AC and left 2 days early. I had to go to the hospital soon as I got back. They would not refund the 2 nights I did not stay. I would not recommend this place unless you want to go somewhere to read all vacation. And, every night bats would fly around the pool. Also make sure you bring bug spray because the mosquitos or something will eat you up. I would never stay there again nor would i recommend this place to anyone.

The entire place was spectacular and super clean. The best part was the customer service, especially from Luis and Elsa. The place gets 10 stars but they deserve 20 stars, especially Luis! I will be a repeat customer for many years to come!

Lovely restored building, wonderful staff, clean room, good restaurant with views around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Not that close to old havana or malecon, but very pleasant with amazing breakfast for a reasonable price.
