Excellent location though parking is tight. The person parked below our elevated car forgot to leave his keys behind and we waited abt 20 mins for him to come down and drive his car away so that we could retrieve our car.
Otherwise the stay was pleasant though at some points we cld hear our neighbours talking rather loudly.

Room was comfortable and a decent size. Nice view of river. Short walk to station. The only thing wrong with the stay was the breakfast. It would be ok but all the hot foods where either cold or lukewarm. A fridge would also be an advantage to keep drinks cool. Overall we would stay again.

Functional hotel in the old town, feels a bit like a Holiday Inn (UK) which does the job but with no frills. Room was big and clean, shower was nice and powerful, TV in the room OK.
We had breakfast one morning which wasn’t included in our room rate, we were asked to accompany our server to the reception to pay the bill, felt a little bit of overkill given we could have just paid it on check out.
Staff generally very helpful though and the hotel was fine for a couple of nights, for a longer stay I would recommend somewhere a bit more comfortable.

It was oddly organised check-in. I was pestered to choose breakfast at 15:00 the previous day.
There were only 2 power points in the room. A window latch was very broken.

If you come with car, forget about this hotel. Totally forget about it. Find other hotel. The parking provided is worst. I came with my family, 2 cars. One is suv, another one myvi. The suv can't fit in the stacked parking (they use 2 level stacked parking), while they say myvi can fit, but apparently myvi also can't fit. Then they asked you to park wherever the hell guest parking for hotel which was not in hotel compound. After park, you need to walk 3-5 minutes to hotel. And there's only like less than 15 parking spot in hotel parking area. Furthermore, there's one so called OKU parking spot which we were not allowed to park there. Fine. Then come one Porsche swooped in and park there. The guard didn't even say anything. So double standard. If the services this poor, why charge so expensive for a room. Room also small. Aircond also take time to feel cold. Just charge RM100 then we won't be so angry with this kind of poor services.

The hotel is in a great location and our room has a beautiful view of the river. It was very quiet and comfortable. The lobby is connected to a 7-Eleven convenient store, which is very nice. The stuff members were all very friendly and professional. The newly opened breakfast dining hall on the 12th floor has a spectacular view of the city. We would be just as happy to sip our coffee and enjoy the beautiful view all morning long. The servers there were very sweet and they made sure that we were all well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel has been refurbished so looks nice, chic, comfortable. The room closet was an open concept, interesting. The cafe floor was still being refurbished when we were there.
Staff and security guards were friendly. As the parking lots are limited, the hotel utilizes lifts to allow for 2 cars to occupy the same spot. The guards were helpful when we needed to park.

Staff were all feiendly, room and common areas were very clean, and the location is great. The hotel will be even better when the renovations on the 12th floor are finished
