I think what needs to be made clear as this is a bed-and-breakfast. It’s not a full service hotel. There’s no coffee maker, ice, telephone, iron or ironing board. And no one to interact with regarding Boquete tours or restaurants. You’re on your own. This is hard for a first visit to Boquete. So I think that’s the most important thing to understand. It’s a great location easy walk to everything, close to everything and it’s clean. the gardens and grounds around are beautiful and the price is right.

This is a beautiful little hotel with beautiful surroundings and great customer service. Great views of Boquete and next to an amazing restaurant (Casa Azul). Also, breakfast is included. However, we had to leave a little before 8, the time at which breakfast starts. When our hotel hostess learned this, she went the extra mile and communicated that to the morning staff and the morning hostess came to our door in the morning to let us know they had opened the kitchen early for us, without us even asking. We were able to eat a delicious breakfast and coffee in time before having to leave. Talk about going above and beyond!

Wonderful boutique hotel with very spacious and comfortable suites available, and an absolutely amazing staff that goes above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend that anyone looking to visit Boquete look at this hotel.

The property is very nice, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is fantastic. I like this property and will stay here again when in the area. However, there were two problems encountered. The first is that my original room had distinct sewer orders present. This was solved by changing rooms. The other issue is the sports bar right next to the hotel. They played loud music until 2:00am. Other than that, it is a good property.

the property was very close to downtown and able to walk. the staff was very friendly. the restaurant was very good and the staff was also friendly and accomodating.

It was clean, in good condition, breakfast is very complete, and has a great location with walking distance to several restaurants and bars. For the price it is good.

Uneventful. The Restaurant hours need tobe posted. Bar staff would not leave the chesterfield, while they were watching TV. You had to go get them if you wanted a drink.
