Our stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and a good size. It also had a two seater lounge which was an added bonus to sitting on the bed. The bathroom and shower definitely in need of renovation. All in all a good stay except for the disruption during the night which was not the fault of the Motel but one of the other guests.

Stayed at Alluna many times and now it is no longer going to be pet friendly. This is a shame.

This is the first time we have stayed in a motel that takes pets. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean it was. Our two dogs slept peacefully in their crate and so did we (but not in a crate!!).

Very welcoming, a/c already on to warm the room too, it was freezing outside so that was a lovely touch. Clean, comfy and very reasonable price.

Spent two nights at this property. Loved the location. The walks to New England Regional Art Museum & Armidale Station were delightful. Staff were friendly & obliging & the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Our rooms were very clean (though the fittings could do with a bit of an update [insert smiley face]). Very reasonably priced motel. Would recommend.

We were greeted very warmly when we arrived and was given clear instructions as to our accommodation which was pet friendly and exactly what we required. Clean, warm, and quiet.

Really like the location which was walking distance to the Conservatorium. Only 5 min drive to town centre which has many different dining options. They not only provided a kettle, microwave and toaster but also included some plates, bowls and cutlery. We were kept warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very good value!

Filthy, dubious, tv didnt work, shower was freezing, kettle had tissue stuffed in it. It was the worst hotel we stayed in. Never again.

An excellent motel with everything that is required fridge that works and is cold, comfortable, bed, clean, quiet, and all the lights and switches worked as did the Internet.
