This was my 7th stay at the hotel. Always a pleasure. Great service, great food, and of course, great rooms. I always look forward to staying in Khobar so that I can stay at the Kempinski.

Walking into the bathroom is like opening the door to a treasury.
This is the most luxurius bathroom that I have ever experienced during my 30 years of intensive business travel around the world.

I came early around 11 AM looking for early check in but the reception staff asked for extra cost reaching half of my staying cost which was not expected from a hotel like this

Staff was ok but not supportive when I asked to check for extended checkout availability.. they did not even try anything to show sofistication or interest in helping me as frequent guest.

I stayed in the normal rooms and they where very good. This stay i stayed in the apartments and the condition is not good, and services are very bad. The parking area is almost always full and to be honest I regretted I booked a long stay at this hotel.

staff were very welcoming, but were not familiar with expedia's golden circle vip access , room was what i booked and was a really good room , parking was all free ; valet and self , WIFI was fast , in room dining was good
