The only issue we had is there was no hot water in shower. Maintenance had to come up and we had to run sink and shower to get hot water.

Excellent!!! Clean, renovated, great amenities, walkable to mall, IKEA, and many places. Gym, pool area and lobby are beautiful. Will stay again when cruising.

Please replace that bed in that room. It is so squeaky. You can't even move without it. Touch it with one finger.

The overall stay was great. Every 03 months my family and I will stay at the hotel. The only thing, it’s nearing that time to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.

The room turned out to be a very welcome “port in the storm.” It was so quiet, lovely and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous and the help so very nice.

Given the reason we were there to escape a hurricane the stay was overall pleasant. Very accommodating to our fur babies and need to possibly extend our stay.

We've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Dolphin Mall several times since my daughter attends FIU, which is very close to the campus. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It is clean and comfortable, and in a great location.

This is a very convenient stay if you’re interested in shopping. The rooms were also cleaned daily and the hotel is generally clean. However, the beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the bed sheets were worn, and had a bit of a musty smell.

There is a very strong air freshener in the lobby area that gave an allergy attack
That smell was everyday.
Try to reduce the strength of the smell
maintenance department performance was poor reported an incident with the room and no one came to repair it
The ingredients in the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner should be visible for reading

Hotel was in a great location of our trip needs. Room was quiet. Plenty of amenities and the staff was very pleasant.

Amazing experience. First the hotel is super clean, from the common areas to the room.
Justin Ramirez at the front desk was very helpful, respectful and friendly during our stay.
The restaurant (Bar Flamenco) in the lobby area had a great breakfast buffet, they also have ala carte but we preferred the first one.
As far as dinner they have a nice selection of dishes and our food was cooked to perfection.
Kyra Ramirez was stupendous, gave us suggestions on the dishes and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great experience.
Thank you all for everything hope you're recognize for your efforts and we definitely will be back.

Bed bugs in Room 1118. There were many bugs in the shower. I thought they were harmless until in excess of 20 red dots showed up on my daughters body.
