The rooms were cute, clean, and well appointed, and the property was recently renovated. They have the most georgous rooftop views, as well as from our room. It wont let me upload photos, but trust me its amazing! The staff was also very nice.

La Spezia isn’t the most beautiful city and if you want to use it as a hop to Cinque Terre then don’t.
You spend 20 EUR on train tickets and additional 20 EUR to walk 20 minutes. The rest of the cost line trail is blocked. So you can either choose to take the train or a boat between the villages.
If they want tourists then repair the trail and make a better marking. Most people we saw was lost already in the first village.

Mattress has pee stains that show through the sheets. Paper shin walls hear other room guests as if they were in your room. Location just ok.

Staff was very nice, room was clean, breakfast was good. Parking was insufficient as were dinner options for kids with limited dining nearby. View was beautiful. Air conditioning struggled - was hotter in the room when we left than when we arrived despite having the air on the entire time. Dead bugs in the corridors and on stairs.

there is no parking at the property (parking on the street subject to free spot).
Sometimes the city closes the main street making very difficult to reach the hotel, on top of that there is LTZ (limited trafic zone) making this efort worse.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly and area was clean. Be prepared to walk and use lots of stairs to get around the town.

About a 30 minute walk from the train station would be my only issue. Outside of that, it was a very nice place, clean etc.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to respond to any request. The breakfast was superb with lots of selection for all. It was easily walkable to the Main shopping street in about 15 minutes and down to the water in 7 minutes. Would stay here again.

Air conditioner not working for some nights. Shower head required repair as valve broken for all 3 nights we stayed. Hotel didn t charge city tax to compensate but feel more compensation was warranted.

Helpful staff and great breakfast included. Booked last minute for one night. We took a taxi from the airport because we arrived late in evening, but had no problems walking to train station the next day.

Love the staff, they helped me with a problem i had related to my phone. They where very suportive at all time, also the breakfast was incredible.

The property offered a good breakfast and was quiet for sleeping but not ideally located as a lot of steps down to the bay.
