We stayed overnight to visit the theme park in the morning. The hotel itself is very nice. There is a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. The workout room was large and had lots of equipment. Location is great. Felt like a safe area and was located right next to a mall with lots of restaurants. I think the hotel is still fairly new and has a couple things to work out still. The water in our shower was really cold and never warmed up, and the TV was not connected to the Internet, so we couldn't use it. Minor details, but we would stay here again for a night.

There was no hot water for most of my stay. The staff at the desk promised to send me a link so I could pay for my stay with my work credit card but I never received the link. They had 3 days to send it to me but they didn't.

I don’t recommend this hotel. They have no Self parking only valet and is $25 per night. None of the rooms have a refrigerator. There were some guests that were complaining that there was no hot water in there rooms. Also, as far as the pool is a decent size, not deep, only 4 feet. There is No hot tub. I would rather not stay there again.

Property valet left my vehicle unlocked and annatended in parking garage. Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. Television didn’t work properly. Rooms didn’t have amenities such as microwave or fridge. Staff was incredibly slow with responses for room service even when contacted about my hot room that I couldn’t cook down due to the thermostat not working properly.

The hotel was amazing, brand new and the pool is incredible! The staff were great too! Only 1 small piece of advice, there wasn’t a kids menu at the restaurant which I would have liked. But no complaints and I’ll be back!

Place is your average Hilton nothing spectacular, great distance to everything just had a mishap with front desk that made us switch our rooms

One of the newer built hotels in the area. Located next to a mall so it was incredibly convenient to find food and do a little bit of shopping. Had small issues with our room: lights were not working, no shower gel or shampoo in bathroom. Called down to front desk several times but no answer. Granted, it was late but still, someone should be manning that desk at all times. Took them the following day to get is everything. Spent the afternoon on the 4th floor pool, which was nice. Mostly clean chairs and lounges but the water was a tad murky. Overall, good stay and convenient for our trip to KBF.

Hotel was clean. Lobby was very quiet as there was no one eating in the on site restaurant. I would assume because the menu was kind of pricey. That’s the reason we didn’t go. Check in was quick as the person was friendly. Rooms were nice and new, but narrow, so it made it tight to open suitcases. Was never told that valet WAS NOT optional as there is no on site parking for guests to self park. Hotels.com says valet, but when did valet not become optional? Needs to state there is no on site SELF parking. So for no option, I had to pay an additional $25/day and had no choice in the matter. I actually don’t love when other people drive or park my car either. Had I known, we may have stayed somewhere else. This needs to be clarified. It’s like a bait and switch hidden cost.

As a Hilton honors member I have to stay this was one of the worse experiences I have had with Hilton. Check in time was 4 they said they didn’t have a room ready and it would be about 30 min. No problem. Well the 30 minutes turned into an hour and half. I was traveling with my husband and infant so it was a big inconvenience. The staff was nice and apologized stating that they didn’t have a lot of staff to clean. We get to the room and it had not been cleaned. They stated they were waiting for the room to be cleaned so I was very surprised when I walked in and they were bottles all over the room and trash bags. I went back downstairs to let them know that the room was not cleaned. They again apologize Again, and they said they were going to clean it right now. We waited another hour! They offered us free breakfast in the morning for the inconvenience. Definitely don’t feel like that was suffice for such an inconvenience. The hotel is nice. It’s still under some construction. Definitely need more staff.

After we checked in, we use the toilet no bathroom tissue then we take a shower no cold water, so transfer to another room, second day we requested a bathroom towels called around 7pm, no one delivered, the 3rd day called the fd around 8pm for bathroom towels, someone delivered the towels but it was a floor towels
