The hotel is average at the most, they had issues with the elevators, no air in the breakfast area and the lobby staff is average and sometimes not so friendly.

I really like the location relative to the activities I have when in Queretaro. However, I really hated the parking validation process in the mall: half or more of them are off-line, half or more of the driving exits are blocked off… what the bleep?? It took me more than 20 minutes to exit yesterday! Totally unacceptable! Regarding the room, did not love my bed. Cleanliness was fine.
