Our room was comfortable and spacious! The window was equipped with a room darkening shade that was perfect for blocking out the outside lights. I also give two thumbs up for the breakfast! Lots of variety and well stocked!

The automatic shades in the room did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t have any knowledge on how to help with it. The breakfast clerk was overwhelmed. He was hustling the whole time, but could not keep up with the demand for coffee and food. It’s really a two person job and he was totally overwhelmed.

It took us over 30 minutes to get our room. There was only one staff member available to help the many guests that were in line to check in, and it took several minutes per guest.
Our shower was very dirty with dirt smears on the soap shelf and several hairs all over. The rest of the room was clean.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. Unfortunately the water was very, very cold. We travel frequently and have been in many indoor pools and this was the second coldest we've been in. That made it difficult to enjoy the pool for us, our friend traveling with us, and our children.
Amenities are all very close by, so that's a plus. Vending machines don't accept money, they charge to your room.
Honestly, the understaffed aspect doesn't bother us. We realize it's hard for everyone to be fully staffed and until that happens nothing runs properly, people have to wait longer and cleaning can't be as thorough. But the pool temperature was an absolute bummer and is the reason we won't be returning.

Staff was very pleasant and organized. Room was clean and neat. Hearing and cooling system WORKED and not too intrusive. Breakfast was clean , very neat, many good options
I would stay here again. I have been at other parallel hotels same chain such as in Bozeman that were not as well managed, clean and attractive

Had little knats all over in the bed. TV next door was on very loud almost all night. Nice bed but unfortunately no sleeping.

Worst part I was not able to sleep as the sofa bed needs a new mattress so hard for a senior like me to sleep on. My husband and myself have a back pain problem and it makes it worst in laying in your mattress……..Immediate replacement of mattress for your next clients. Hoping you will attend to this problem ASAP.

Great option near the airport and the town is small so easy to drive into town. Room super clean. Pool needs a refresh. Staff was excellent!

A typical Holiday Inn Express. Our preferred option. With this stay we found it difficult to get any sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy. Also, we had a ground floor room. Two women stood outside our room and talked for hours, well into early morning.

The room we had at Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable. One complaint was with the room thermostat. The thermostat only showed the temperature setpoint and not the actual room temperature. At night, the room seemed warmer then during the day even with the same setpoint. Overall, I gave the room 5 stars because it was so clean and comfortable. The couch, chairs, TV, Refrigerator, and coffee maker were all like new. One other small item, the handwash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all in pump bottles and actually looked and smelled the same. We ended up purchasing soap and shampoo at a local store.

Although the internet was not working the staff had us checked in and ready for our stay in minutes. They were friendly and helpful. When we needed more towels because we accidentally used our room towels for pool towels they were prompt in getting fresh towels for us. The breakfast was great. We have never had a bad stay here.
