The owners and staff work their tails off to keep this place clean and inviting. We had no issues, beds were comfy and room has exactly what you need. Very friendly and informative about the area when I had questions. Keep up the great work and hope to see you again soon!!!

Very convenient for our purpise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel, and I can confidently say it was a delightful experience! The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful springs and just a short drive to town where I found plenty of shopping options. The motel itself was impressively clean, making my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, largely thanks to the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made a great impression and added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, I highly recommend this place!

Our host was really gracious in allowing us to check in early and they granted us to check out late as well... everything that I asked for he humbly provided... Would definitely stay there again!... Also it was very quiet

Easy in and easy out of the parking lot staff live there 24 hr. not far from the cold springs park. or if you are a biker the hideout is only 5 miles down the road.

This is my second time staying at the property. It is a nice and quiet place to stay with only a short drive to the beaches around Panama City. It is also a short drive from the Falling Waters and Florida Caverns State Parks.

Me and my bf only stayed for one night but it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Bed was clean and the room smelled fresh and clean. Looks like brand new floors and painted walls. Check-in and check-out was easy. The two people working at the front were very welcoming. Had me sign a paper and gave us our keys. Bathroom was clean and shower was big. Water could have been warmer it was chilly but still really nice. The only issue with staying here is that the town does not have a store or fast food but it is like a fifteen minute drive.

The man at the front was very nice and polite. He was the better part of the stay. I noted the room as being dirty and saw several roaches. The price for the room was a bit high for what was offered and the age of the amenities. The extra star is only for the nice man at the front. I enjoyed our conversations, but will not be returning to this motel.

This is a very agreeable property. It’s simple, clean and convenient for visits to the springs nearby. The shower head was wiggly and there was a small hole in the shower wall, but other than that it was very well kept. I would recommend to friends

Very clean, just a wonderful place to stay, but they need WiFi and USB charging spots

They accidentally gave my room away! We did check in at 10 something, yet there was my name with a line through it when we showed up. We ended up getting one king bed, which isnt optimal but better than nothing. Clean room, nice people.

Shower was very strong, door frame had a few spots where you can see outside, and the curtain let a lot of light in from outside around the curtain. Room was ery clean, and one bed was hard and the other very soft. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly.. There is a gas station within wslking distance with friendly people. There were a couple businesses with bars on windows and doors. I would stay there again. Very clea .

Bed uncomfortable; A/C seem to get only work til 10pm then warmed up. We had to have the fan on.
