Hotel itself is nice, however I would not stay here again and would advise that anyone avoids this area!
Call to prayer, palestine flags, homes painted with the palestine flag and large groups of males hanging about the street attempting to intimidate others. Not a safe area!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Staff is wonderful. Room service was even available late as my flight got canceled and I had to return to the hotel in the late evening hours. Room was cleaned well and everything was excellent.

Liked everything…a bit sketchy one side of the building but they can’t control that.
One very minor suggestion…more hooks in the bathroom.
Otherwise everything was exceptional.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained and the patio area is fantastic. We’d love to come back here especially for the breakfast!

So glad we stayed for 4 night at the Hyatt, it’s right next to Bo Kaap and just a street away from Breë St, the hub of dinning and bar. Our room was well appointed and spacious but what shone is the staff, they are welcoming, attentive and helpful in every way from our bellman to the concierge or restaurant and the host at the Hyatt club…we love them and they certainly made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
