Bathroom in our suite had moldy water damaged ceiling. Non of the toiletries were filled so we had no shampoo or conditioner or anything else.Furniture in the living room area was old and dirty also mini bar was empty. We only had 3 small flat pillows and it was really disappointing.
I do have to say at least the bed was comfortable but other then that definitely not what i expected for the price I paid and type of room I booked.

The staff is very helpful and polite.
We had an evening flight and they allowed our luggage to stay at the hotel.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is 10 minutes away from the City Center.

Hotel showing its age now. It's also a alcohol free in the hotel, so if you enjoy a beer or wine with your dinner find somewhere else to stay. Dinner menu is also very limited. I would not stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Booked it as we didn’t want to be right in the city centre, but there is a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the city which we loved. Parking here is really easy, garage below the hotel for a good price.
Only minor thing to note is the faint smell of smoke when walking through the corridor. Our room itself didn’t smell of smoke but parts of the hotel did. Something to be mindful of as a non-smoker! Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend staying here for Sarajevo

A really enjoyed six night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with varied choice to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to adddress mistakes over an airport transfer that did not appear and the request for a non smoking room which had not been met initially. The hotel is in a pleasant spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a nice walk into town and taxis are readily available and cheap. However, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return on future visits to Sarajevo. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful property. The location is a bit further from the main attractions (Old Town) but taxi service is inexpensive if you don’t mind transport.

Very comfortable, clean hotel with great breakfast and polite, helpful staff. The bus and tram are only a short walk down the road. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Novotel Sarajevo Bristol hotel.
