We really enjoyed wandering around Zermatt and this hotel was nicely located for that. It was easy walking distance from the train station and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a long walk from the cable car to the ski hill. Breakfast was included. There wasn’t a lot on offer but what was there was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, I am not sure how anyone with an accessibility issue would get to the elevator unless there is a back entrance. There were steps to the lobby and the elevator.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Our room was big and spacious with a giant balcony that wraps around, however it does go to other rooms so make sure to keep your balcony door locked! The views are great and customer service was very nice. Great breakfast included.

Great location, neat old place, with no air conditioning had to sleep with windows open and the streets can be noisy, breakfast a little lacking but sufficient. Would recommend for price point.

Third stay in this hotel, it’s very convenient. The only issue is that for the third year, one of the balcony chairs is still broken.

This hotel was in a great location making it easy to navigate to and from the train and up to the mountains. Zermatt is small, but bustling. Yet we had no issues with noise despite being street facing in the middle of town. Perfect!

The location is excellent, right on the main road in Zermatt. Nice breakfast included in the price. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location next to metro and bus station. Staff very helpful with informing us on certain local things to do, had AC which was great, and great room and spacious!

Excellent and by far the best hotel for our Swiss trip. Everything was in a great condition and the location was fantastic as well. Not to forget the really nice breakfast and staff!

What a room. I loved everything about it. The view, the tub, the balcony, the service, the comfort, and the sheer size of the place. I would stay here again anytime I visit the area.
